It would have been nice to have at least one bottle of complimentary water or a few coffee pods in the room, these were provided but as part of the mini bar

The staff were amazingly attentive - the staff in the breakfast room really went out of their way to ensure my allergies were catered for and on my last day they even provided me with gluten free cake. The reception staff were always smiling and helpful and tried their best to speak in any language I could understand better than my atrocious level of Portuguese! Even the cleaning staff immediately ran down to reception with my passport that I had left in the safe, before I had even finished checking out.

The registration form is long and a little intrusive for personal information.. They do provide you with a fresh glass of coconut water for the inconvenience.

This is my favorite hotel in all of Brazil..I would be happy living here if they would let me! Everything is first class, the staff is amazing! 5 star, highly recommend!

From the moment you arrived everything was welcoming, reception staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and has a balcony. Good shower and fast internet. Breakfast was delicious, natural juices, regional dishes, fresh fruits, great selection. We want to return and super recommend

Beautiful spaces, natural materials, interior design, well thought out details, accessibility, the atmosphere, the food. The breakfast lady made it even more special. Simply everything.

The Manary is a charming boutique hotel with well-appointed rooms, an extensive complimentary breakfast buffet including a made-ro-order menu, a swimming pool surrounded by a lovely deck that over-looks the beach, and an attentive staff. The restaurant was second to none!

The wifi in the rooms was relatively poor and would often be too slow to use effectively or drop out completely. It was significantly better in the lobby and the restaurant/by the pool.

Wonderful location, comfortable beds and truly excellent breakfasts. The lady who took our orders at breakfast was so lovely and she even made a cake herself for our last morning! The restaurant also deserves a special mention as it was by far the best place to eat that I found during my week in Natal.

Not being able to leave the AC on at a reasonable temperature while away to keep it a comfortable temperature though I feel this is better for the environment.

The food was so delicious and all very "fancy" that after four days there, I almost wanted to just have a sandwich or a pizza on the menu... I know it's a silly request but sometimes around the pool with a drink in your hand where you have had shrimp every day, a club sandwich or individual calabresa pizza would be a nice change.

The location and the staff were superb. Very friendly team and all service oriented. The location was beautiful with a pool deck overlooking the beach.
