Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaAlthough 15-17 degrees C outside AC was kept on so at checkin the room was too cold. Even though I changed settings of AC it didn’t manage to warm up the room (good for the extra blanket in the wardrobe) For the shuttle service I was given details beforehand about time and location at the airport (although location was a bit vague considering the size of the area for other buses/shuttle and there was no sign around, only from other hotels) and when trying to reach out to them via messages to confirm exact location and time I had no reply. (Unfortunately I didn’t have local sim card to call, only an e-sim with internet data). Luckily some more travelers were around waiting for the same shuttle :) so talking with them I managed to make sure I am in the correct place and catch the shuttle on time but all in all, it was a bit stressful considering my arrival was at night Breakfast was a bit disappointing, in general due to lack of greens/vegetables but plenty of pastries/bread based varieties (maybe a staple of brazilian breakfast ..?). Also some foods that were supposed to be warm were almost cold. Fresh fruits and fresh juice were top, though

BelgiumPayment problem. My AMEX card was refused for no reason. I contacted your hotel and AMEX to confirm that there was no problem. And I had to call the hotel twice in the middle of the night to rectify the situation. And the payment was finally processed correctly. I still don't understand what happened.
I booked for my friend, not for myself. Her flight was very late but she was very well looked after and was able to rest peacefully. Her room was very comfortable. Thank you very much for your service.
