Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenVery poor room. I arrived very late at the hotel and early in the morning I announced in the reception that I was moving to another hotel. The reception asked me why and I told that their room's standard was quite low. The young men who worked at the reception told me that they would move me to a better room. I told him that I could not pay extra for the new rum and he answered me that it would not cost any extra. When I arrived during the evening and once in the new rum which was not even better than the first, I was obliged to kill a spider during the night. After that I decided to take a shower and dry my hair and for my surprise the hair dryer was broken. Very bad!! The day after the room was not even cleaned. I could see my hair all over in the bathroom's floor. I do not intend to come back or recommend this hotel. Sincerely, Juliana Johansson

Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable, as it consisted of two single mattresses on a double bed, resulting in an inconvenient gap in the middle that made sleeping impossible. Moreover, a majority of the electrical sockets were out of order and in poor condition. The breakfast offerings, with the exception of the fruits, were not fresh, and the selection was quite limited. Lastly, the shower only provided warm water, lacking the option of hot water.Old and worn-out towels, they did not provide face towels.

BrazilIt's an old and needs maintenance. The elevator broke on the second day we were there. It has a full kitchen, but no silverware, cooking utensils or dishes. The bathroom had no mat. The shower was terrible, sprinkling water all over the place. Was also molded. The pictures do not represent what we got.
Not much to like except the location. It's in a nice neighborhood but there are better options nearby.
