Reviews of My Blue Hotel 4 stars

The location is very convenient. On one side, you’re downtown and close to everything, and on the other, you’re right by the beach in the perfect spot. The breakfast was very good, and the hours were convenient. There were many pool options, and the room and bathroom were spacious. This was also the first hotel where we had a real duvet. The staff was amazing.

On the one hand, the property clearly needs renovation. It’s an old hotel, but the architecture is nice, and the landscaping with flowers is very charming. I really liked the swimming pool, the location is very convenient, and the breakfast and staff were amazing.

Location is perfect, just in beach front and staff is very polite and helpful. Stays in town center and all shops and restaurants ate 5min walking.

The light in bathroom is not enough, very dark, especially in mirror front. The TV was old and image was not good, cable shows damaged.

Drinks and location.

Breakfast was not very good. Bathroom's cabinet was almost falling apart. Swimming pool needs renovation.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach and close to restaurants and stores for evening strolls. Buffet breakfast is very complete and is served in front of the beach. Rooms are simple but spacious and comfortable.

The facilities are quite worn out from use. The price is somewhat high for the condition of the facilities.

Everything that could not work didn't work. Cleaning, housekeeping, noise, ddidn't ofer a comfortable experience...they needed to change our both rooms...employees working and yelling at 4am besides my room. Terrible !!

Property was gorgeous! Shady trees and flowers, three shady pools that felt very private. Location was fantastic- just off the main square and on the beach, but felt very quiet and private. Staff was very responsive and morning breakfast was excellent.

The room was not well cleaned, there were many mosquitos in room, the curtains were somehow broken, in the wall were some marks of dead mosquitos, I find it very disgusting for a 4 stars hotel it is not admissible.

The location of the hotel is perfect. But the air conditioning does not work, the breakfast is very good but there are not enough staff and we waited 40 minutes for a tapioca that never arrived, the reception staff is not prepared to receive guests because the reservation payment information is not included in the reservation system and finance works only during business hours, requires training. The bathroom is dirty with residue from the previous guest on the sink and floor, the faucet doesn't work properly, and the shower leaks water. I needed to use 6 towels to stop the water on the bathroom floor. Exorbitant price of $200 per night, I feel like I only paid for the location but the property is in dire need of maintenance. Terrible stay, I don't recommend it!!!
