SwitzerlandThe place is not that new, some areas would need some renovation, our bedroom was quite old, still ok, but floor and bathroom would need some renovation. Also some structure, like the spa is quite old, still ok and works, but feeeling is to be in something old.
The place is great, there are many things to do (restaurants, pool, gym, spa, beach, entertainment, football, etc..), nothing is missing. Food options are also great, with a lot of food providing also during the day from different locations.

United KingdomOnly two small pools are heated and gets very crowded around July/August which is a bit disgusting and that happens to be also the preferred ones for children, they should really improve this, either get more pools heated or make the small ones exclusively for children.
Most of it, highlights are definitely the entertainment, bar, staff and food - all pretty fantastic. Room was okay, nothing special and a bit dated but does the job for a week.

South KoreaFirst of all, in swimming pool many people has been enjoy with variois fried food... for exemplo, pizza, french fries, chocolate etc.. it would be dirty in pool... and in the hotel room, has a ants.
It is best for meal. don't worry about breakfast, lunch, dinner. all of them inclued.

BelgiumFacilities are very basic, doesn’t look like 5 star but rather 4 star resort As hotels are built very close to the beach in this area, beach disappears during high tides and is only usable during low tide for about 4 hours a day There are many pools, but none of them deep nor big enough to have a good swim

ChileIt was VERY expensive for the quality of the property - I may not complain if we had paid 1/3 of the $800/night we paid for 2 adults and 2 children, but for the price I expected better. The property inside and out is pretty rundown and in disrepair. Often where repairs had been attempted, they are half-baked or hacked together. The first room were were assigned was a complete disaster - holes in the furniture upholstery, non working bathroom facet, loose handles on the door, non working lamps and outlets in the room, damaged and stained walls, broken molding and a ton of other 'details'. We asked for a new room and were given a another which was not quite so rundown, but still full of nonworking electrical outlets, USB charger outlets, lamps, a stopped up sink (from the first day), a broken toilet (which I had to fix myself), damaged moldings, walls and trims. Room service was hit and miss, sometimes they would come, sometimes by 5pm they still had not made up the room. Sometimes they came and instead of making the kids's bed, folded the sheets and left them on top of the bed leaving it to us to actually make the bed. Of the entire hotel staff, I came across 2 people at the front desk that could speak some English, and often there was no one at the front desk that could speak English or Spanish at all. If I didn't know Spanish which allowed for a somewhat muddled communication, it would have been quite rough making needs known and asking questions. While the pools are very big and a lot of fun for kids and adults, they were at times full of garbage from the bars, especially first thing in the morning we found beer cans, plastic cups, straws and straw papers floating around the water. The whole pool towel card system is just asinine. People don't follow the rules about not reserving poolside tables and chairs by leaving belongings on them, and no enforcement. The game room was full of broken games or games with missing pieces, e.g.
The pools and water games were great for the kids and adults alike. There is a section that is more geared to kids, and a section that is more for the adults. The food was amazing all around, the buffet was awesome and the restaurants were really good too. The staff was friendly and tried (not always succeeding unfortunately) to help resolve the issues. They had a good selection of beer, wine and mixed drinks a the poolside and inside bars.
