Amazing place with amazing service. The staff at the restaurant was responsive friendly and really useful. They even heard once knife dropping from afar and brought immediately a new knife to replace it. The rooms were were good and clean and the housekeeping was top level. Not sure why this hotel doesn’t have five stars or even more.

The restaurant has elegant food but limited options for veggie / vegan dietary restrictions.

A great boutique hotel with friendly, helpful staff and very spacious, comfortable rooms. The hotel is a short walk from the main strip with lots of restaurants and shops and great value for money.

One thing we found strange was that the water was not recommended for drinking. Although that in itself was not unusual, we were surprised that the only drinking water had to be purchased from the mini-fridge or from the bar. Instead, we bought a couple of 2-liter bottles of water in town and carried them up to the hotel each day. This may have been my mistake, but would be pleased for the management to comment on this.

Hotel was charming - great blend of modern facilities with a rustic, authentic vibe. Highlight was the staff - Luan and Denise who were outstanding in their desire to help and go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Location was ideal and views from the room were breathtaking. A real highlight was the restaurant - exceptional food quality and service. Luan advised us when we checked in that we should eat all our meals here. After we ate at some of the highly touristed places in Centro of Buzios we learned that he was correct. Eat at the restaurant. Of course, the inclusive breakfast was simply elegant.

Parking is limited so please keep this in mind. On street parking around the area is reasonably priced but a tip for any gringo.... only park in blue coloured zones

Quite a steep (but short) walk down into the town, so might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Not an issue for us though.

Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool area is stunning, with a lovely sauna. Maybe the most scenic sauna ever! Breakfast was fantastic, everything was so nice. Mistico restaurant was wonderful Rooms were so spacious and clean

One evening it got really loud from a close by bar that had live music until 5 am.

The location is absolutely amazing with sun from morning until it sets over the Bay. The hotel is close to everything, yet tucked away in a side street. The best part of this hotel is the staff. My daughter got sick and the chef offered to make her a homemade soup using a recipe from his mom. There was also a lady who studied in the Bay Area and spoke perfect English (Ingrid was her name?) She also went out of her way to prepare any dish we desired and even brought it to our room.

Getting hot water in the showers was a bit temperamental but nothing major

- the restaurant was superb - the beds were amazingly comfortable, with a selection of different pillow types - the pool and the view and the lounging area were just spectacular - the staff were super friendly and helpful - the location was perfect - really everything exceeded expectations

The pool was good but if was heated would be better. I asked for the towel for the pool in the morning. I needed to wait for around 10 mins to get the towel just standing

Everything about the property was phenomenal. The location is perfect, we walked in and out of town everyday as it’s a beautiful walk and close to lots of great restaurants but the best restaurant in Buzios is the hotel’s own! The food and pool snacks were delicious. The view from the pool is the best vista on Buzios and the perfect place to watch the sunset. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, cool and comfortable - very good value for money. The staff, particularly the reception staff, were so friendly and so helpful. They made some excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area and they couldn’t have been more charming! The best boutique hotel we stayed in during our three months in South America!

Cannot complain about anything !

Prefect in every way. Stylish, modern and clean accommodation with a spectacular view of Buzios. Location excellent but best of all is the staff who all give their best best effort to make you feel welcome and happy throughout your stay. Make sure you try the restaurant too, one of the best in town. The management are a credit to this little place, they run it to perfection.
