We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Comfortable and clean room, AC worked well, a lot of TV channels available. Great home made breakfast, "rabanada" was the highlight for us. Very friendly staff. Good location, 5 min walk to most restaurants but still far enough that it is not noisy.

CanadaOur stay overall was great. however if the wifi could be fixed it would have made the stay even more perfect. Or declare the place as not having wifi. Also, I realize this is outside of the hotel's control however if there is a way to manage the alley garbage on the walk to the hotel. The walk is nice, but if there is a way to have the garbage in bins along the walk it would make the neighbourhood feel more upscale and everything will feel more perfect.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I did not quite appreciate it until I went into town to buy lunch for our excursion. What a zoo - I was so relieved to come back to the peace quiet and easy tranquil access to plentiful delicious breakfast. Peace, tranquility, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent a/c, small, local and delicious and plentiful breakfast

United Kingdomeverything was nice! maybe some vegetable with breakfast would make it even better 😋 also the location is just a bit further (5 min from the pier) and up the hill so if it rains and you carry a heavy suitcase like us just bear in mind you will drag it through the mud 😆
it’ very clean, the pool is amazing, the staff is very helpful and even let us check out late since I got a food poisoning and ended up feeling sick in bed all day! 🙌🏽
