They sweep at 6am, my bedroom was in front of the pool and they use that water in a bucket to throw it in the florit sounded big time and woke me up. Also, they never turn off the lights of the pool and the curtains let some spaces so I couldnt make it dark as I like.

Stuff super friendly and ready to help, the hotel has the service of free transfer to the old city that is super helpful, safe and easy. The hamburgueria is delicious. I really liked the breakfast, they have creative dishes, I went for Easter holiday. The gardens are spectacular, and the place is next to a river so you hear the water flow, super relaxing. I like that people is not noisy, they can't use recordings on the pool.

The restaurant used to take more than one hour for delivering our orders. Not always the restaurant was busy, therefore it does not justify the long waiting time. Additionally, the waiters at the restaurant did not look very attentive for the customers sitting outside. We had to basically beg for them to take our orders and considering that you cannot enter to the restaurant with your swimming suit it made life quite difficult to get a simple meal.

I loved the breakfast and the pool area.

Jacuzzi is cold all over the resort, including the private pool. Food variety is limited at breakfast and extremely noisy. I did not have enough protein options. Most is sweets

No complaints … just be aware of weather prior to traveling. It tends to rain a bit in Paraty is a rainforest after all.

Amazing structure, very welcoming, comfortable and clean. They have 4 pools with hot-tubes besides the private ones, an amazing restaurant, exceptional spa, game room that is not just for kids,sauna and a good gym, plus a burger joint so will please all tastes and styles.

It's a bit of a maze getting there, and it's a bit outside Paraty so keep in mind you'll need to grab your car and head over if you want to explore the city proper.

Phenomenal spot. Best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel, and a very good on-site restaurant. The property was lovely, staff were quite attentive including several English-speakers, and room comfort was high. Four pools so you could take your pick. Prices for both the stay and the restaurant were very reasonable.

in the heated pool area, the steam room is connected to the pool - I found that extremely unhygienic as all the sweat and dead skin just floats right into the pool. the pool therefore is not the cleanest. in the kids entertainment room, there are massage chairs which are very good, however they smell badly of BO - no wonder, because I saw people sitting in those chairs shirtless, sweating profusely whilst getting massaged. in the evenings, I observed some adults bringing bottles of alcohol to the kids play room, drinking right there - I found that unacceptable not only from the ethical view point, but also safety - glass bottles and kids running like crazy is a very bad combo. There should be clear rules for the kids area and close monitoring of those rules by hotel staff.

very good location for those who want to be a little out of town centre. beautiful river views from some of the hotel spots. staff is incredibly attentive and sorted out all my requests very quickly. breakfast is very nice, in a very large beautiful restaurant with a nice pool view. room was nice and clean. the car park is right in the middle of the resort. but there is no noise or fumes, so all good. the kids play area is amazing, and adults can enjoy just as much as kids. the Burger restaurant is a must try - burgers are delicious and the river view is wonderful!

Facilities were great. Kids play area was amazing with open access arcade, Ball pit, arts & crafts area, etc. but the staff really went the extra mile!

Recommend: add shuttle service by van to the city, install an expresso machine at the breakfast buffet and offer a second heated pool (the one heated pool is often crowded while the other 2 unheated polls are empty).

Good breakfast and amazing facilities (notably, pools, restaurants and game room).

The menu in the main restaurant could be improved with some day time light snack options available throughout the day.

Shower didn’t have hot water in the first day and it was a bit long to find a solution. ( a staff came promptly but didn’t manage to solve it for the same day)

Amazing breakfast! Various options. Great options for eating for lunch or dinner inside de hotel. Delicious food. An amazing playground room for the kids if it’s rainy day it’s perfect . Lovely staff. They’re helpful and kind.

Good vibe, for local Brasilians a perfect, luxury place with all convenience and glamour. For a foreign tourist not very tempting because it's not the real deal.
