Mr. Pierluca, I hope this message finds you well. We would like to address some of your actions during your stay as a guest at our inn: Mr. Pierluca did not update his card on the Booking website. Each inn has its own payment policies, and ours requires payment either one day before or at check-in. When attempting to pay, you did not provide the correct amount and insisted on refusing to pay the appropriate amount for the reservation. Mr. Pierluca booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child of 0 YEARS but arrived at the inn with 3 additional adult women, making it a reservation for 4 adults. We, in good faith, did not charge for the extra adult, offering this additional stay as a courtesy. During your 2-day stay at our inn, you argued with your companions, drawing the attention of other guests, particularly those with children, as you appeared to be in a disturbed state of mind. Mr. Pierluca refused to pay for the consumption, vehemently denying that you consumed anything during your stay. Our team checked the room twice, confirming the consumption. Mr. Pierluca did not request room cleaning on any day. Invoices are issued at the end of the stay, and your invoice is ready in our system. We await your request. Our team is fully trained and native to the region. You were properly guided on how to reach our inn, as well as how to get to the nearby beach and which are the best beach bars to visit. The recommended beach was chosen for its ease of access, being only 5 km away, following a straight path. In summary, your review does not reflect the truth, as we are always working to ensure our guests have an excellent stay, just as you did with your companions during some moments of lucidity.
