The staff was excellent, particularly Ailiana (correct spelling?). She was so friendly, warm, energetic, understanding and welcoming. We booked a room at Pousada last minute after being unhappy with our previous booking. She was more than willing to accomodate us, help us out last minute and make sure that we were comfortable and welcome. It really made the whole experience amazing when she made sure to attend to our needs and find a beautiful, clean and comfortable room. She is wonderful! Thank you so much. We had a wonderful experience.

Walking across the beach with big bags, but was worth it for the location!

Right on the beach which was great, on the quieter stretch which was nice but still near bars and restaurants with chill vibe. Nice terrace out front to relax in, and good food at breakfast and for afternoon snack. Good aircon and games room is nice touch.

The location and the layout. Nice decking area to relax. Coffee and cake at 5pm. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond when we left our iPad behind.

Shower pressure and toilet seat aren’t the best, the latter is placed in an awkward position, and the seat is a bit dated. It would benefit from a swimming pool.

Location and breakfast are exceptional. The deck facing the beach is quite handy and cute. View to the beach was the cherry on top. AC works well.

My only criticism is that the WiFi wasn’t strong and had a weak signal.

I thought that property was beautiful and it was right in front of the beach with a gorgeous view. The room was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were simple, yet wonderful. The rooms were pristine. I value cleanliness, so this was a huge plus. I really like that the hotel was somewhat to the edge of the town. It wasn't loud at night time, but also, it wasn't too far of a walk into the main part of town. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed out stay!

Nothing we absolutely loved our stay here. We had a room with a balcony & sea view which made it very special for us. Some of the other rooms were at the rear so not sure if they would have been as great.

Great location & at the quieter end of Abraao so for us it was the best of both worlds. We could relax on the beach & then head into the main area on an evening for food & drinks etc. The breakfast was great & they put on complimentary tea/coffee & cake everyday at 5 pm which was a really nice touch. Lorenzo was so friendly & helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this pousada!
