Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Everything. The staff is very kind and friendly and the breakfast is so delicious. The room has a nice welcoming decoration. I also asked the reception to make a surprise bday decoration for my partner, and it was very beautiful and cute. I loved the property, and I would come back again.

Amazing staff, very friendly and courteous. They fixed pants with a broken zipper which were put in the trash without asking them to do so. What an amazing service. Also very good breakfast with fresh fruits, tapioca and fried eggs. Nice pool and exceptionally comfortable beds. Also, a very good location near the centre of Jeri, but still quiet at night. A great place for relaxation.

United StatesThe breakfast is ok, I expected it to be better, the towels in the room are not changed every day and there is no beach towel, the room turns off the electricity when you leave, if you need to leave something charging like your cell phone you need to take it to reception, I think the place is concerned with saving on everything, I found the price high for what the place offers

United Kingdomthe rules for this accommodation are insane. feels more like a prison than a hotel. we wanted to bring a friend to our terrace for a drink before heading on on NYE which is very common in Brazil and they would not let her even on the premises - despite her offering a number of security guarantees (reception could hold her phone and ID). We ended up drinking in the pousada next door where none of us were staying and were made quite welcome there. If you are single or wishing to potentially have a friend come get ready/hang out/ have a drink in your room - this is not the place for you.
