The room is pretty basic and slightly old.

The area is perfect, next to the beach, and 5 mins drive to Paraty. The personnel are simply adorable, super friendly and keen to help. The breakfast is delicious, homemade and fresh! The surroundings exotic!

Little far from the center

We really enjoyed our stay at Atoba Villas. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The pousada and the garden were well maintained and lush. Great breakfast. Staff was amazing and very kind.

There were gaps between windows and walls which meant ants came in, we had a lot in our stay resulting in some bites from insects Quite close to the beach but a 30 min walk from central Paraty No soundproofing of rooms Water in shower was sometimes warm sometimes cold

Just a couple of technical problems with the room that kept it from being a 10 like light switches, door knobs etc. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return someday!

some beds were a bit hard ,simple little thing could be improve ex: would be nice to have hooks to hang out towels and clothes in rooms and bathroom , a mirror in every room for the women to dress up would be a good idea : )

The rooms had no curtains and no small lamps, to get some more cosy light.

We were looking for quick stay for 1 night and found the small hotel. It was nice surprise - great place with lots of space, nice pool area and most of all, we enjoyed the breakfast. The owner himself greeted all the visitors and had a chat. They cooked themselves delicious warm snacks and breads. The rooms were nice and clean as well.

The streets around of property were quite bad since had rained in previous days. It was quite difficult to reach out the place. But it isn’t really a fault of the staff. It has bothered me however it’s most due the weak structure of this district.

The price accommodation has been attracted me initially. It was pretty fair.

My room was not in a very good condition. Wifi was not working. There was no shampoo. There were just two sheets on the bad.

Hotel is little bit out of the way, which makes it very calm place. During the night it was very silent, but it is also close to the beach and not far away from Centro Historico of Paraty. It is nice surrounded by garden. The owners and staff were very nice and breakfast was vary good. The hotel has safe place for car.

Was a bit out of town and hard to get a taxi. Our towels were never changed, and bathroom bins were never emptied. Filtered water was also often empty. The owner was really grumpy. He was also rude to myself and the group as we were checking out over the use of the aircon. Even after apologising to him, he continued to shout at us! Was a shame as it was a nice stay before then. Not sure if we would recommend his to our friends.

Great breakfast with several fresh juices and a wide selektion of fruit and cakes that varied every day. Wonderful breakfast setting by the garden where we saw hummingbirds and monkeys.
