This is a lovely hotel in all respects. Right in the centre of things yet quiet and peaceful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable- lovely breakfast. Highly recommend.

Breakfast here was a highlight for my family. Once you sit down at a table, hotel staff bring out fresh fruits and baked goods with lovely coffee. Absolutely delicious! Parking was available after the initial lot filled up, we parked down the street in a gated lot provided by the pousada which helped give some peace of mind for my family.

It was too loud at night time, constantly. This is not the fault of Pousada, of course. Some local bar would have music around 7pm, way too loud, and this would go on until the early hours. There were also lots of cars constantly beeping horns. There was a dog across the street in the skateboard park that was barking constantly for hours on end. So, it was extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep, impossible in fact. A real shame as the staff, the Pousada and even the breakfast were all great.

Very nice Pousada. The staff were really nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and ours offered excellent views of the beach and mountains. The area itself was lovely with lots of shops and restaurants and the local shopping mall.

The problem seems almost everywhere - even fine hotels - the Aircon is too loud and also the fan makes too much noise. You have to be a very good sleeper not to be disturbed by this.

Nobody was able to speak English.

I liked the cleanliness and comfortable bed. Location is a big plus if you want to have a central localization for all beaches around Ubatuba. Love the decorations and interior design of the place.

The aircondition was of an older model that was quite noisy. We had the choice of sleeping with aircondition and earplugs or without. Setting the temperature in the shower was very confusing, and I'm not sure it really worked.

The location is great, very central. The staff was beyond friendly! The rooms are clean, reasonable spacy and in good shape. The breakfast was very good too.

Honestly, for what this place is and offers, I don't really have any ideas for what could be improved. Maybe add a Nespresso machine in every room to make your coffee when you want one? Maybe a restaurant/24hr kitchen for room service? I'm being picky at this point.

We got the deluxe room on the 2nd floor with the balcony. Very nice and comfortable. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, hammock on the balcony with a little table and chairs. Overall this hotel had a really nice clean and chill vibe to it. The included breakfast was brought to us the moment we sat down. Coffee, plates of fruit, cheese and ham. Eggs made to order and orange juice. The staff was very nice and although the parking is limited, we had indoor parking most days in the secure parking lot. you are right around the corner from all the cute shops and "downtown" area. Lots of good places to eat, music and entertainment right there. Thank you for an excellent stay!

The only reason for the 9, instead of 10 rating was because the wifi was a little dodgy, and the tv wasn’t working one night

There’s nothing I disliked, but maybe the toilet could be modernised.

The location is excellent, very close to restaurants and shops, the aquarium and the beach. All the staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful. It’s amazing staying there, and I will definitely come back.

Our room was only cleaned once. The breakfast was poor. It was advertised that the Pousada is near the beach. But it was not said that the water and the beach are polluted and therefore unsuitable for swimming. Only a little red flag at the other end of the beach indicate this. But, there was no information about this in advance. We would have chosen another Hotel near the praia grande.

The location closed to restaurants.
