Great services, staff is friendly and super helpful, always respond timely. The location was great. Very close to the historical centre. The complimentary tea in the afternoon is highly appreciated. Bedroom was spacious. The AC was a bit noisy, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I asked for the room with the river view which the staff kindly accommodated but it turned out that it faces the road so you can hear all the cars and motorcycles passing by. Wouldn't recommend this room for sensitive sleepers

The staff was lovely - always available to give you recommendations. Breakfast is also super yummy with homemade Brazilians cakes!

Parking is difficult if you need to drive every day you’re visiting but the location is good enough to only need to walk.

The hallway can be quite loud at times, as some guests tend to close their doors very loudly.

The location was ideal, as it was very close to the historic center, yet far enough away to avoid the noise. I really enjoyed the garden and the afternoon tea with cakes. Breakfast was good, featuring various cakes and homemade tapioca that could be adapted to be vegan (I had it with tomato and beet). I appreciated the almond milk they got for me, thank you! The reception staff spoke some English, while the kitchen staff did not, but they were all very friendly and made an effort to connect. My room was nice and offered a lovely view of the river and the city center. I truly loved my time here!

Amazing property, very private, with spacious rooms and great staff. Breakfast was sumptuous and the staff were super helpful. There's a lot to do in and around Paraty and staff can advise you what to do and when.

Best staff ever. Everyone always kind and supportive. The pousada is beautiful with its creative literature and music theme. All clean and well located, near the old town and port. They offer an afternoon coffee with cakes and snacks.

Nothing really! Maybe just if people walk through the corridors and talk loud, you can hear it well from the room but that’s a minor thing.

The patio in particular where you can have breakfast and relax during the day as well as the theme of the hotel around writers. Cute decoration!

The show is not very strong

This little hotel is absolutely delightful. It is artistically decorated with a literature theme with books everywhere to read, the lounge is very inviting, the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was excellent with many choices, and the room looked new and clean. The bed was comfortable. And the heartwarming handwritten welcome note was such a nice touch to make us feel welcomed.
