It was a lovely stay

What an amazing place! We had a family room on the ground floor and went with 2 boys (6,4 yrs). They could move from pool area to room and back with ease. Lovely little pool and direct access to the beach. Breakfast was great and meals readily available during the day. It was perfect!

The restaurant service was very very slow. Waitstaff nice but 45 min to 1 hr to get anything at dinner. Lunch 30-45 min.

The bedroom, breakfast, pool area, the care with the environment ( no plastic straws here!!) and the lovely helpful staff. A big shout out to Anderson, Mateus and chefs, who made our stay very enjoyable!

mainly the fact that the music was really loud at the pool so we had to ask the staff MANY times to turn it down. this one specific guy that worked there kept the music loud and tecno style and i was on vacation very tired after traveling 20 hours on a plane: on my second night there a guest staying above us woke us up at 3:30 am with very mound party going on. we asked to stopped and they never did. when i brought the issue to the management they suggested that myself and my 76 year old mom move apartments instead of moving the individual that kept us awake

Not that close to restaurants. But is not related to the hotel.

Location is great. Beach front, great pool area. Breakfast with a nice variety of food. Staff so gentle. Near by airport. Restaurant is open until 8pm serving a delicious food and good drinks options. I suggest to try Mel de cacau caipirinha. And also there is a spa massage options available.

The shower was blocked, massive problem to drain the water, the furnishing around the hotel very old almost all sun beds broken. Kitchen services very very low. And the pool bar staff some of them just want to chat with customers and they won't serve you
