Bad smell in bathroom

I didn’t like how the rooftop pool was overlooked by a construction site right next door. My fiancé felt uncomfortable and the noise from it wasn’t ideal either. It also ruined the view from the room a bit. I however know this isn’t the hotels fault though. The only thing I think the hotel could improve on is offering a better variety of juices. I don’t know how any hotel breakfast doesn’t include orange juice as an option.

We had a great stay here. When we arrived to our room we were greeted by some beautiful swans made out of towels, petals and chocolates. It was a beautiful start to our stay. We stayed in a room on the front which had a lovely view of the beach and the town. There was also a menu for what food and drink you could order to the room which had a good amount of options including some massive pizzas which we ordered. Id recommend one between 2-3 people depending on how big an appetite you have 🫃🏻😅 There is also 2 pools here, one on the ground and one on the rooftop. What I liked about the ground floor one is that you still had privacy from the busy street outside. I mentioned that the street outside was busy but believe me the most loud thing there was the lovely sound of the waves coming ashore. You should have a great nights sleep here. The staff are also lovely and you even get your bag taken to your room for you on arrival. Finally the breakfast was good and had plenty of options on offer. I loved your orange cake & scrambled eggs 😋

My main concern was gluten free food for my husband. That was definitely not met. It's very hard when you feel discriminated be ause you are eating as should be. The other issue is they could definitely offer umbrella and chairs at the beach.

Using the shower was not so easy since (I was told) they use solar panels to heat up the water. The curtains were not totally sunproof. So, 05h00am in the morning, we got sunrays in the room.

The rooms were moldy and the smell was strong. The elevator windows could be cleaned.

The Property needs so much maintenance. The walls and ceilings need to be refinished. There are leaks every where. The tub is not working and in terrible shape. The mattress is old and very uncomfortable. The towels were old and they always delivered less than the right amount of towels need into the room.

The stuff is amazing. They are all very helpful and ready to serve you! The breakfast is amazing! Such delicious with a huge variety of food!

We were in a room next to a building site at the back of the hotel. Our balcony you couldn’t use due to the filth. The noise from builders shouting hammering drilling from 7am was awful: Also no netting around the rooftop pool so styrofoam was flaring in the pool along with all the dust from the building project. No effort was made to block out any of this by the hotel which show so little care for guests I was shocked.

This property has so much potential and is in a lovely location.

if you like waking up at 7:00 from noise then this hotel will be ok for you. the walls must be very thin because we could hear everything outside our room

the location- it is close to restaurants, bars and the boats to go to the natural pools

some staff were not helpful at all, we ended up with a flooding in the room, the shower was blocked, breakfast not to our taste

We noticed our sheets were dirty; they had hairs and were stained. Went to the front desk and the person seemed to be bothered by our request to change sheets, they did change them but poor customer service.

Really nice pool, great breakfast, location, game area.
