Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

It’s on the 4th beach so you need to rely on their transport to take you to and from the 2nd beach (town centre) and 3rd beach (reception) to your room unless you take the short walk along the beachfront. And considering the sun sets before 6 you may not want to walk during the evening. Also this info is useful to know especially if you’re there when it’s raining, which I was. But they handed out those clear rain ponchos. Finding out where to wait for the shuttle and the times it was running was confusing at first, thankfully I was with someone who understood what was happening. WiFi radius did not stretch to the room only near the reception.
It’s on the beach! Such a lovely spacious room with four poster bed with mosquito netting. Also a hammock hung outside the room. Very picturesque. The staff were lovely and helpful. They booked a boat taxi to the boat and helped me book a ferry ticket to Salvador.

our hammock broke down just a little less than 2 days before leaving. they promised to fix, but never did so we were unable to use the hammock the last days...
the location directly at the beach and away from the more crowded areas of the island is very nice. Breakfast was very good and varied. There was at least one lady at the reception able to speak English

The transportation that brings us to the 4th beach sometimes takes a long time to come and has limited hours. We walked sometimes from the beach to avoid waiting for it. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. Suggestion: The suggestion would be to build a gym. The place is huge but there is no gym or sports available inside. Also, maybe the possibility of renting bikes since it's far from the other places.
Very good location (we stayed at the 4th beach, so we recommend staying in the rooms at the 3rd beach if you don't like walking). We were looking for a quieter and more peaceful location. They also offer limited-time transportation. They also offer a transfer to go to the 2nd beach, which is close by. I would go back because the place is beautiful, the service is good, people are always happy, excellent service, the breakfast is good, the food is good, the pool is really nice with a bar. The beach is very beautiful and the 4th and 5th beaches are the best because they are not busy and it is possible to swim with fewer corals than normal. There are some places at the 3rd beach where we can't enter the ocean. I really recommend it for couples/families. The place is very relaxing.

The property needs some minor upgrades in its external structures.
This property is well located, it is very nice for families with kids. It’s located in front of the beach. The breakfast is very good, and they very kind and supportive. Many thanks to chef Dalila, I ordered it three times her signature dish, salmon with risotto.

The room where I stayed was old, with mold on the wall and a slight smell of mold. It requires a renovation ASAP! At the moment the room is not on the same level as the rest of the hotel. I should have asked to change rooms.
The hotel is beach front!! The views are amazing. The property site is very big, swimming pool area is lovely. Restaurant is good. The location for me was good, very quiet but just 10 min walk from the party area. I will definitely go back there.

it was all good
excellent location quieter than beaches 1&2 but only a short walk away, comfortable room with sea view, balcony and hammock, nice breakfast and very polite and efficient staff.

service at the pool was awful. You basically had to get up and walk across to the the restaurant to try and order something to have by the pool. It would take forever. Restaurant staff avoid eye contact and the whole services experience or the lack of it really takes the joy of holidays. They also allow walk ins in the pool area for a day fee so the pool was always full with screaming kids brought by non guests. The room also had big gaps between windows and mosquitoes were flying straight in through the gaps, the walls were covered with stains from blood from mosquitoes killed and I guess people just stopped cleaning every time they kill one. ( we bought incense and some other mosquitoes things in the local market and it did the job)
Great location specially for who is planning to arrive at the island by plane which I super recommend , lovely staff at reception, big room with nice view and hammock.
