It gets a bit hot on the balcony during the day. I really missed a pool in the property, it would have made a massive difference for me, but I knew in advance they didn't have it.

The beautiful gardens with the views from. our chalet (2 bedrooms ) , comfortable bed, great balcony and views of the sunset. Homemade braleakfast that changes everyday.

Wonder pousada, great breakfast, great chill location. My second stay, will be back.

Our room was on the small side. The room needs a few more electric charge points. Breakfast is set by the hotel each morning and this does restrict your choice. However the quality is good.

We enjoyed very much the quality and location of the Pousada. It is a short distance from the river/sea front (100mtr), an easy walk on a sandy path, then a boardwalk. The centre of the village is about 500 metres and has a number of eating and shopping places. Our room was of a reasonable size, cosy and pleasantly decorated. Breakfast was good and a varied menu was set each day. All staff were friendly and helpful, offering information and advice as required. We found the restaurant 'Horizontal' offered the best food with vegetarian dishes. We to a trip around the island with a gentleman named 'Tam', including numerous pools and beaches. We would recommend the pousada if you prefer calm and quiet.

The pousada is situated in an incredibly beautiful garden full of native species. Everybody that worked there is super friendly and helpful. And we loved the daily changing home-made breakfast.

Everything was above expectation. Truly happy with our experience and we would comeback to this Pousada next time we will visit Boipeba.

Super clean and cosy Pousada! Well administered by Christophe, who is a lovely host. He makes you feel at ease right away and genuinely worry about your comfort and needs. And their breakfast was the highlight of our stay, every morning he made us discover a new recipe, tasted a new flavour, all delicious!

Absolutely stunning location and facilities. Spotlessly clean rooms surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens and fruit orchards. Some of the fruits are used in the most delicious breakfast, served by the wonderful staff. It is a place to relax and enjoy beautiful Boipeba, some 2 mins walk from the beach and old village. Chris is the most wonderful of hosts, we soon became a friends and offered the best tips for exploring the island. This is probably one of the best place I stayed in my many travel and can’t wait to go back.

The Pausada is really close to the beach (2 minutes) and to the center with all the restaurants (10 minutes). We liked it, that it’s not directly in the center because it was so quiet and we could head the waves. The staff is really really nice, they helped us with all our questions, showed us good spots for trekking, the sunset, snorkeling and dinner. The garden is wonderful and relaxing. The bed had a mosquito net and the room was clean. We had two hammocks in front of the room so we could even enjoy the garden during the rain ;) The breakfast is delicious and always fresh. We loved it (and the strong coffee!)

There are mosquitos and biting insects this time of year. Bring and use your repellent and you’ll be fine!

I call this place, the Sheraton of Boipeba.. what an amazing place. Thanks you, Chris for your hospitality and we hope to be back. Great location, a 10 min walk from the port, by the beach. 20 min access to the wonderful west-side beaches of the island. The breakfast is wide and varied, served hot and fresh. Bungalows are clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The whole place feels like a tropical resort with birds, flowers and beauty.

I loved the garden of the place. It gave so much calmness and peace. This place really keeps an eye on details! Like nice music, accessories and books to rent out! The staff is also extra friendly and pleasant!

The bunkbeds did not have mosquito nets, only the king bed.

The one-room chalé was a peaceful place to stay with a great balcony (including a hammock), perfect for our group of three! The property is incredible -- filled with tropical plants and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. The pousada is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the center of town, located conveniently to visit restaurants but not so close to be loud. The staff were truly exceptional and met our every need!

the setting was beautiful in the gardens of an exceptional pousada. we had a chalet at the top of the garden. not good if you don’t like a few steps but definitely worth it for the view. a great place for watching all the different birds and other wildlife. Chris and his team were exceptional and made us feel welcome and like family. we were sad to leave . breakfast was always delicious and different every day. The location is also great as near both town and beach. would definitely go back there

Everything was perfect, the room, the tropical garden, the breakfast, the staff… It was definitely our favorite place during the whole trip, so much that we even extended our stay! there’s also a very good internet connection if you want to work from there.
