We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very comfortable and clean, large rooms. I the middle of my stay the staff oferred me to move to a room larger than what I payed for, simply because it was vacant. The location is good, right on the edge between the quite part of the Jeri and the more lively part.

Nice, clean place with friendly staff. Breakfast is very nice and plentiful. Rooms cleaned with fresh towels. I stayed for 23 nights The garden area is lovely to have breakfast or sit in the shade. With plenty of wildlife.

United KingdomThe only thing about breakfast is there aren’t many cake options and the tapioca that they make could be more well cooked and bigger . Great variety of fruits though , which were all very fresh and sweet
Great location , it’s close to all the main streets , close to cheap super markets ( great for buying drinks and snacks ) . And a bonus location point is that since the hotel is at the start of rua do forró, we were picked up first on every single day of our activities and that was important for me , since I felt safer going in the indoor area of the car

We have stayed almost 3 weeks at the pousada and we have enjoyed every day. Oswaldo and his crew are super helpful with everything. The place is very clean and the rooms facing the garden side are quiet despite the surrounding daily traffic. The 10 minute walk to the beach is always interresting, because there are so many things going on.

ItalyJust like the other properties, I guess, there is so much noise and pollution because of the continuous traffic of Jeep, buggies and motorcycles. That means I really had poor sleep.
It is a real pousada., the environment was fantastic The furniture was ok but the bed was very hard.

SpainThe breakfast was quite good (except the yoghourt), but ... The breakfast area was too cramped if more than 3 rooms had breakfast at the same time - two long tables where you are obliged to sit next to strangers - , and when people went to make toast or get things their backsides would almost be in your face. The breakfast staff were generally unsmiling and standoffish, limiting themselves to the job but not giving off any free warmth or welcome. Our room looked onto one of the main streets and often with a lot of traffic noise from as early as 6am in the morning.
The owner was very responsive to our communication through whatsapp, arranging check-in times, giving us advice about how to get there, providing a hair-dryer, etc. The room was colourful and adequate, and the linen clean.
