On the first night there were very many mosquitos in the room, but most of them seemed to have disappeared after 1 day.

The breakfast was incredible with homemade juice, jam, and cake, as well as other fresh ingredients! The staff were so friendly and even though they didn't speak English we managed to communicate. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The place is very comfortable, clean and have nice common areas for interaction with family and friends, even a BBQ area so you can grill your own steaks ! The staff is fantastic and very accommodating of all our requests.

Staff is awesome and super friendly and helpful. The pool is great when you just want to refresh and relax after a hot day. The place is super quiet, rooms are very clean (cleaned daily) and beds are quite comfortable.

Close to the bus station so we didn't have to pull our suitcases far, or over the cobbles of Paraty. The staff were attentive and the breakfast and homemade cakes were delicious. We loved spending time around the pool before a short walk into Paraty for food.

It's a busy town and there was some noise from outside.

The place is spotlessly clean and rooms are set around a beautiful courtyard pool area with tropical plants attracting birds and butterflies. We even say a tiny monkey one day. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with fresh juice. It's a nice place to chill out between trips. Easy walk to the old historic centre and boat trips with lots of restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket also nearby. We parked in a shady spot on the road just behind the property with no need to use the garage offered.

I wish I was able to communicate better with the staff. None of them speak any English. Spanish seems to be OK.

The pousada is just outside the "noisy" zone next to the historical center. It's about a 15 minute walk into town, but in exchange it's quiet most of the time. The HUGE LAVISH breakfasts are not to be forgotten! The pool is immaculate. What really sets this place apart is the quiet, lush garden. The common areas are large and well appointed. Even the fancy hotels inside the old city don't have the combination of quiet, lush garden, and pool. There is a handy bodega just across the street for stocking up on beverages and sundries. All things considered this place is really ideal

A beautiful property! So restful, quiet, and a perfect place for rest. Sleeping in the hammocks while it was raining was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so kind. The walk to the town is about 10-15 mins. The was really safe and easy although it’s outside of the historical colonial part.

Toilet struggled to flush.

Great place with lovely staff. Only reason for not ratng it 10 is that the toilet did not flush #2. We didn't put any paper down the toilet and stuck to the rules but twice in our stay had to manage with floating friends. Some loud neighbours made it hard to sleep one night but not that awful. We would stay again because the staff were so nice and the place was good enough for the price. Bed was really hard but pillows were very nice.

A bit difficult with English translation

Very lovely place. Each room had its own little patio with a bungalow and sofa, and the pool was such a nice addition. The breakfast is DELICIOUS - best scrambled eggs! The host also gives complementary coffee and cake around 4pm. About 15 min walk from the town Center. The walk felt very safe even at night.

The room was a bit small for three people, however this wasn't too bad since we spend most of the time on the terrace anyway.

Lovely breakfast on the terrace. Peaceful, lush garden setting. The location was in the quiet part of the town, which we appreciated (being there during a crowded holiday weekend). The staff was friendly and kind (we communicated with Google Translate). The afternoon coffee with homemade cakes was very nice. I would recommend to stay here.

The Pousada is a little far from the center, however, we still went there walking so it’s about 15min. But it is really it’s only weakness.

The Pousada is super calm and great to have a good rest. The breakfast served is delicious and the staff is so nice !
