Nothing of note. Breakfast could be a little better and finding staff to order a drink at the pool in the afternoon was a bit hit and miss but this is nitpicking.

Great location and great building. The rooms are comfortable and we loved the dual showers where one is in the open air and the other enclosed. The breakfast is typical for Brazilian standards and has a decent selection. The pool area is also great and for the old town of Paraty is a decent size. The fitness area is also pretty decent. Parking is free you park in the main square and they will then park you car securely in a separate location.

This place is fantastic! Right in the middle of everything! The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfasts were fantastic with lots of great choices. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There really isn't anything that could have been better.

Staff are untrained and completely disconnected from guests. Bar closed on both Sunday and Monday nights with no warning to guests

This place is perfection on Paraty we loved everything about the people and the place. Beautiful location, rooms, pool and breakfast.

The staff was helpful (they were able to loan out an adapter), but not too friendly. I’m not sure if it was due to language or they just appeared shy. They answered our questions but there were no literature (like maps of the area) and when we arrived they did not make sure we knew how to access the wifi (we had to later call the front desk first assistance) and did not give us any information about the pool or the spa service. Again, they were helpful when asked questions but did not offer additional information.

This hotel had a great location to the restaurants and stores.

Breakfast is a bit basic and could have some more (especially healthy) options, better bread and more/better coffee options (espresso, cappuccino, …)

The air conditioner units outside 2 of the rooms were very noisy and disturbed our sleep but once we moved rooms it was much improved.

Pousada Porto Imperial proved to be central to many of the Paraty sites.The staff were friendly and engaged and the rooms were spotless with comfortable beds and linen.We particularly enjoyed the pool and bar area and found the breakfast to be a superb selection.

It was all perfect.

The breakfast is wonderful. The staff were always helpful. They kept our bags after check-out while we went on our final trip before leaving.

Sometimes there was no one at the pool bar and we had to hunt for a waiter.

Great location! Great bar near the pool. There was a car valet on the street ready to take our car and the car arrived quickly when we left.

Everything was great.

Great location in old town with many restaurants and shops right outside our door. Breakfast was great. Room was large and very nice. Bathroom very nice with two sinks. Staff extremely nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, you can go around on feet. All around shops, restaurants, coffee shop and else.... You can also take a boat tour very near at the port
