BrazilThe staff is not very well trained and professional. While the whatsapp with the staff works decently, they do just enough. They are all very kind and respectful, but it seems that they are just local people that were hired to work and not trained to give a service of excellence. A few examples: there was no staff at the natural pool, if I wanted help with anything I had to whatsapp the receptionist and wait a long time; We ordered dinner in the room and they forgot to come back to clean it up, the plates and stuff were kept in the room until the following day. The TV in our room was also extremely small given its distance from the bed too.
The breakfast and the room are amazing. The room I stayed had a jacuzzi and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the natural pool, it is beautiful and the sauna was the best sauna of my life. Very refreshing and I would go back just for that pool!

The support of the staff was brilliant. The chalet was big, clean and very comfortable. This was the second time that I was in Tankamana, and I'm looking forward to return. All nature that you have contact with is great, every garden very well taken care.

BrazilBathrobes, slippers, and plenty of towels were missing. There were not two armchairs in front of the fireplace, I had to request one and was promptly attended to. The service was personalized, the staff very kind, and the food excellent and plentiful. However, access to the inn was very poor due to an unpaved road.

SerbiaDrinkable water supply could be better. I usually drink 4-5 liters daily, but only a few 0.3 ml bottles were in the fridge. Also, the water price was too expensive for such a thing that should be abundant. I spent more on water than on a chef's menu picnic in the mountain. Also, the guest should be prepared for a strong presence of nature in the surroundings, and spiders can sneak into the room, even though the cleanliness is outstanding. The breakfast could count with a special coffee reserve instead of regular, ground powder coffee served.
The facilities are incredible, from the accommodation to the natural pools, saunas, and the spa. The food menu was incredible. The staff's readiness and care for the guest is seamless. Whatever you ask is promptly responded to.

BrazilThe road to arrive at the property is made of rocks and dirt, super underwhelming. Also, there isnt roads from certain rooms to other places, making it hard to walk around without getting dirty, especially if it is raining. They should illuminate the property better at night.
The property is very relaxing with plenty of space to for all guests.

United Kingdomthe dining room was unattractive with dreary lighting and dark bleak decor. The menu was over ambitious, eg chicken tandoori that had no trace of spices. Cars were allowed to park immediately outside the terraces of the cabins, which spoilt the views. at one pint there were 8 cars directly in view from our terrace - not very relaxing. the cabins felt damp, especially the bedding.
the setting and the quiet. Breakfast were good, by far the best meal.
