The inside window / shutter didn't close properly - I didn't want the insects getting in!

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The location is great - not in the historic centre but a short walk - nice quiet residential street. Room was lovely - everything I could have needed.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in a good place, the host was super friendly and full of good vibes, which always sets the tone for a great stay. The whole vibe of the house was chill and peaceful. I slept like a baby on the comfy beds, the AC kept things nice and cool at night, and there were awesome spots all around the house to work out, read, or whip up a tasty meal. Everything was super clean and tidy, and the garden gave the whole place a fresh, vibrant feel. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better, just a short 10-minute walk to the historic center, either along the river or through cute, colorful streets. And there were tons of little shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Would totally stay again! :)

I loved everything!

Where can I start? This place is absolutely beautiful. The house is very nice, has lots of wood, it feels airy and open, and has a beautiful tropical garden. The kitchen is full of everything you might need, the yard has a hammock and lifting weights for a workout. It also has plenty of tables, chairs and outlets to work on your laptop. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is great, and the AC works well. And my taxi driver told me this was the best neighborhood in Paraty. It felt extremely calm and safe to walk there and it was only a short walk from the center. The owner is a great guy, very nice and very helpful. And not to underestimate - the WiFi works great! If you work online, this is your place.

This was a really nice and comfortable place to stay. A lovely 15 minute walk along the river to the old town which was perfect. The property was a high standard and had a lovely spacious shared kitchen which was well equipped for cooking. It was nice that they had cafetières and fresh coffee grounds to make coffee each morning. We were able to wash our clothes as well which was convenient. Highly recommend.

The property was very tranquil and beautifully decorated, the room was comfortable and cute, A/C worked great. I like the self-check in option, and it was a short walk to the main tourist area. There’s a few cute cafes on the block for getting breakfast or evening drinks.

I would have liked a welcome in person and like a tour/introduction of the place - where to find what and how to use facilities and amenities in room.

Beautiful environment and garden. Cozy place in general and rooms pretty, well equipped and modern looking. Staff was really nice even though I didn’t see anybody in person. All communication was via booking.

I found it a bit strange that they used shower curtains as curtains for the room. As it rained a lot, it also appeared to not be fully water proof, as there was quite some water coming in through the doors that didn’t fully close.

The host is incredibly friendly and always there for support. The house is in a lovely location, although a bit of walk from the old center. Bed was comfortable!

The host Caue was very nice. The accomodation was clean and big. The location was perfect, nice stroll to the old town and some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. We will come back

Bed sheets of two beds were dirty, room walls needed much work. Could not sleep well at night due to animal sounds and people upstairs. Not good sound block between property sections. I never saw any staff.

The room was not clean, the walls were very dirty and there was a smell of mold everywhere. Also I didn't ever meet the owners for just a welcome.

The location was nice in a very quite street with a nice restaurant close
