A/C in dinning room always set on 17c. When we asked the staff member did adjust but it seemed it was set for the staff comfort and not for gusts. Heard others complaining about the same issue.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms with great acoustic insulation. Nice powerful shower. Restaurant has a wonderful menu, great quality of food and drink choices.

For the price they charged, I was expecting a little more luxury in the rooms, as they are extremely simple. The restaurant is also too overpriced for lunching. In my overall evaluation, it was a good experience as a guest, but I would look for something better priced (or for the same price, but more luxuous) on the next time.

In an overall evaluation, I liked the hotel. The staff is lovely (as all the people from Belém) and the location is great. The main problem for me is the cost-benefit ratio, i found it quite low.

More expensive than other Belem hotels, but lacks some of the finesse that ought to accompany the higher price. For example, the card provided at check-in offering a complimentary drink at the bar turns out to be limited to only one kind of drink or two kinds of juice. (Orange juice? They have it, but it’s an additional charge.) There was initially no hot water in our room, but a quick visit from housekeeping made the necessary adjustment. When we returned to the hotel again a few days later, there was no soap in the room (quickly remedied by a call to the front desk), and the lights behind the headboard didn’t work. The included breakfast buffet is lavish, but the quality is not at the same level as on our previous pre-pandemic visit.

This was our favorite hotel in Belem, and we’ve stayed here (as well as at other hotels in this city) multiple times. Secure garage beneath the hotel. Well-located within easy walking distance to major parks/plazas and good restaurants and shops. Rooftop swimming pool, gym, sauna.

The room was a bit outdated. Generally quite clean but not immaculate. Didn't check out pool facilities. Lacked in-room coffee maker of any kind.

Decent stay, nothing extravagantly fancy but nice. Underground parking was handled nicely. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Perfectly acceptable overall.

the suite I booked was poorly furnished . It just has a armchair which squicked constantly and 2 chairs with a table . No Sofas at all which was strange .
