Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Staff was welcoming and helped me with a corporate issue. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was good and room service was a bit slow but worked well. Location is a bit far from main roads, and uber still doesn't quite know how to get there, but worked well for me as it was quiet.

Czech RepublicLoooong distance to the center. The restaurant has gross flaws for being part of an international hotel chain. For the fact that it is a new hotel, it is surprisingly slightly battered and some details are not completely refined. It would be pointless to enumerate the errors. I know at least thirty other hotels in the city and they are all way worse than this one.
By far the best quality hotel in Manaus. Decent price, English speaking staff. Comparing price and quality, this hotel is an absolute winner. It still lacks world standards, but unlike all the other hotels in the region, this one at least knows the direction.
