there was no Christmas program at Christmas dinner. There was no Christmas music. Guests who paid for the Christmas dinner had the same conditions as guests who did not pay for the Christmas dinner. There were no Christmas decorations in the dining room, no Christmas tree. There was no opportunity to dance.

The service was wonderful, the pool too, clean. It would be good to have more umbrellas that do not fall... ;-)

The hotel is new, fantastic 👌 still needs some repair to prevent rain 🌧 to enter in the open area. And the distance to center city is 2,97 Km and not as in the commercial 0,6 Km. Breakfast is medium class, but good 👍

Only issue, for some, was the beds, maybe because brand new, are very, very firm. Perhaps a mattress topper for these might help? But shower was exceptional, rest of room clean and comfortable - perhaps one sitting chair in the room might be nice, but this is a small issue.

This hotel in the middle of the Holombra farm region is wonderful. Clean, well designed, great staff, an excellent restaurant on the property with perfect service. This is a hidden gem! Lovely pool, excellent gym. Just a pleasure to stay here.

Heated pool was inoperative. Standard pool was excessively chlorinated. Passaways between buildings are not sheltered. Double bed is of minimal size. Indigenous flys are bothersome when there is no breeze. Some sort of pest control is needed.

Generous, hearty breakfast. Great poolside food and drinks. Efficient service. Very polite, attentive staff. Ample facilities, especially for pets.

Restaurant was not good, food was underwhelming. No dish was actually good - at most passable - despite high prices. Service always took long, even for drinks and even when not busy. Indoor pool was in construction. The very heavy patio umbrellas/sunshades in the open pool area kept flying off when opened because they were not secured to the base. One hit my husband in the head and staff did not even talk to us until the next day, when someone apologized and offered excuses instead of focusing on offering help. We didn't even get something like free drinks or any kind of token action of apology. It would be good to have more facilities, like sauna, spa, play room, etc.

Facilities are new and clean, easy to find and get there. Breakfast was ok but some things that were meant to be warm were cold. Coffee ran out in the middle of breakfast time and they did not quickly replace with more.

Horrible machinery noise constantly coming from outside the room. The air conditioning was noisy inside. Terrible soundproofing! You could hear everything happening in the room below, even with the windows closed. We were in 1301.

The rooms are not sound proof at all. We could hear all the noise, all the time. Even though I asked for gluten free options, I couldn’t find any pastry that I could eat during breakfast except for sweet potato.

I had several problems during my stay: 1. There were 2 beds together to form a big one. One of them was deformed, and there were mites on it. I breathed the mites during the night, in the morning my throat was soring, and I felt sick. The staff changed and cleaned what was possible, but the manager said it was a punctual problem, decreasing the importance for health. Also, he said they solved the problem, as if it was nothing, the fact is that this shouldn't happen ever. I breathed mites and they are very dangerous; 2. In the second day, there was an awlful smell coming from the bathroom. It was fixed, but the smell returned in the last day; 3. At the last night, the room next door was occupied by one of the managers (I was informed he was travelling and returned on the last night I was there). The point is that as he walked in his room, he turned on the tv so loud that it was impossible to stay inside of my room. I walked to the lift - which is several meters from the rooms - and I could hear the noise, totally absurd; 4. In the checkout, I was informed that the last night was cheaper (+- 60% off) than the other nights. I understand some hotels have different fare for weekdays and weekends, but here the fare is according to the demand and the manager doesn't see it 'is totally disrespectfull. The manager was constantly arguing that he had solved the problem of dust mites and that I was the one who was sensitive, in an attempt to change the point of view, as if it was another person,the mites wouldn't be a problem. All of that made me understand this isn't a nice place to stay.

The hotel has a nice view from the city during the day, when it is possible to see the mountais some kilometers further. And also the city lights at night. Also, it is in the countryside, then it is a quiet place, very good to take a rest.

I first got a room in one block but there was a continues sound in the whole block. A sound in the wall. probably water or air system. And outside there was like a electricity station zooming. Next day changed room to the other block. No sound issues there. Just the toilet not emptying after flushing. They tried fixing but issue remaind. The Location is a bit remote you need a car to get back form the centre. And taxi are not easy to find in Hollambra.

It new and clean, Staff was friendly and helpful. Poolside and Gym are nice.

Staff was uninformed and unhelpful. Breackfast was ok, nothing to write home about. The heated pool was in maintenance, which is strange for a new hotel. Cleanning staff entered the room even with the don't enter sign on the door.

The hotel is pretty new, so the installation was pretty good. Everything was new. Room was great, spacious. Great shower. The pool was nice as well. The hotel is located outside de city but everything is 10 minutes away at the most.
