A family member joined us for breakfast. The breakfast is OK, but very expensive in comparison with, for example, the one at Mercure Hotels in São Paulo (the breakfast at Mercure Hotels is cheaper and of considerably superior quality and variety).

The location was very practical for us, as we came from Minas Gerais and had a flight from GRU in the morning. The rooms are simple, but adequate and very clean. The staff is polite and helpful.

No airport shuttle, but understandable because of the value, UBER is cheap. Our room was facing the park, and just below s was a nightclub with loud music and heavy bass late into the night. I think it may still have been a problem even if we faced the opposite side because it was very loud.

The location is good in that there are many restaurants and clubs nearby. There is a walkable park across the street with food vendors and a major shopping market a short distance away.

A perfectly fine hotel not too far from the airport. Perfect if you're just passing through Sao Paulo and don't want to deal with the traffic getting downtown. It has a peaceful park behind the hotel to relax in.

The beds were sloppy, not for those having a lumbago or anyone who may develop back pain. The shower cabin was a bit dated. Towels left much to be desired. All the rest in the room was okay.

Location is just perfect for quick transfers from/to the GRU airport and walks in a quite and safe neighborhood and the green park with amusements nearby (just a couple of hundred meters behind the hotel). Service at the reception was very swift. Receptionist guys were very attentive and helpful. The on-site cafe serves a good breakfast. I also had some fried fish with vegetables there on Saturday night, which cost me no more than $12. You can also have drinks at the bar there. The atmosphere is relaxed in the hotel. My room was pretty clean.

The garage has narrow, difficult to park parking spaces, and there was no parking valet. Even though you park yourself, you have to leave the keys at the front desk, as someone will move your car if needed.

Location is very good, near Bosque do Maia, Assaí supermarket and restaurants. The room is oldish but reasonably clean.Staff is courteous and helpful.

There were some stains on the walls and there was no way of checking the temperature of the shower until you were in it without splashing the floor.

It was a little run down and much worse condition than pictures showed. It was also incredibly loud with a nightclub below which made the windows rattle.

It was fairly conveniently located for what we were looking for and it felt safe.

The hotel room I stayed in had a bar located just outside my window, which played extremely loud music until 2 a.m. every night. The noise was relentless, with thumping bass and shouting patrons making it impossible to relax or get any decent sleep. Despite the room being otherwise comfortable, the constant disturbance from the bar ruined the experience, as the soundproofing was inadequate to block out the late-night commotion.

The staff was great, I forgot a watch and they kindly sent it to a friend in Sao Paulo. The room was very comfortable and it is a great value for money. Left too early in the morning and they prepared a breakfast box.
