A lot off ugly people staying in, the room service was a little clumsy, they forgot a lot of things. At the last couple of ours in the last day, they mistakenly took down power source from our bedroom. two hours before we leave the room.

The beds are great! Nice infrastructure, nice restaurant.

Rooms not cleaned properly. Water from tap muddy/rusty color. Residue of mold around ac, windows and bathroom walls. Mattress veryvood and uncomfortable. King/queen bed really not king/queen mattress....its 2 twins mattress put together making a very uncomfortable spot in the middle. This is our 4th time here. First two times, the rooms were good condition and cleaned propely but that was 4 years ago. We went back recently with in the last 2 years and it was bad but now its worse. The hotel must fire the manager of the cleaning staff and hire someone with higher standards that could instil the values into the staff.

First i was told that the tiny water bottles in the room were a token. The first day i brought a big bottle from the supermarket "no sir, there is water in the room, serve yourself". So i drank lots of them. Only on check out it appeared a big amount. I complained but the guy there did not care and charged me. That was miserable. Also, there was a sizeable water leak in my bathroom. The swimming pool: well it's a pool but too shallow and small for swimming.

Gym small but correct. Bed ok. Breakfast was good but very repetitive

This is not a 4 star hotel, I would say it is worth 2 stars and at best (if you are lenient) 3 stars. The room was clean but old, it needs a thorough makeover. No coffee machine in the room (4 stars?). The next day we went to Novotel in Itajai which is a similar price but a lot more modern.

For such a high standard and big hotel, having less than 10 parking spots outside and offering to charge for a private parking is really disappointing. Also, I booked a double bed room on Booking and when we got to the room, there were 2 single beds and the room didn't matched the photos. Fortunately, the reception staff were kind to move us to a better room.

Superb breakfast. Lots of options. I totally recommend this. Friendly staff.

Big hotel with no one speaking English and don't even want to try. This is a bit difficult. Don't put multiple nationality flags on the front is you can't have tourist from aboard. Ants in the room. Noisy doors and AC

There seamed to be a sign in the bathroom saying that if the towel was hanging it meant you would reuse it but if it was on the floor it meant you wanted a new clean one. I love this because I am an ecological person and appreciate these kind of initiatives EXCEPT that even though our towels were left hanging they still replaced them with a new one every day EVEN after I asked the front desk to not do so.

The location is great and the staff and customer service lovely but the hotel is a bit run-down and doesn't correspond to the photos, it might need a renovation to compete with other hotels in the area.

Room 723. Lot of mold.

Stayed here multiple times last two years and was good experience but this time got room with mold. I think there is a section in the hotel that is not renovated yet and if you get the section its not going to same as the renovated section which are far better.
