BrazilI would say the breakfast price (R$70,00), represents an 27% increase from the last time I stayed at Mercure or Ibis (I used to take the breakfast at Mercure restaurant facilities. Besides being a huge increase, it does not worth the value. This was the reason I did not rate as exceptional.
The floor I spent my stay this time was the Deluxe. Much better when compared to the other I stayed before (too old). It was an upgrade specifically offered for this stay.

CanadaOrdering from the bar in the hotel was difficult. To get a glass of wine was very hard. No glasses in the room or ice machine was a disappointment.
Breakfast was good. Location was great as shopping, gas, cafe was close by for older travellers. Was in a great location close to daughter’s wedding reception.

The ar conditioning was not working properly, we had to change the room and there was no bed blanket for my son. There was no food indication name during Coffee break neigther cutlery enough. At the end the parking service was so delayed bringing two different wrong cars before mine, also we had to wait much more than normal to got my car when on check-Out

United StatesHotel amenities are very old, furniture is all falling apart, there is mold in the bathroom, the bed sheets were all stained, the valets guys act like teenagers, everytime we went to pick up the car they were joking or laughing at something, really not professional, and they took forever to bring the car. I talked with the front desk about changing the room since the one they gave us was so bad she said she could not help, that that was the category of our room. Well I did not know that for all the money I paid I would have an unpleasent room. I won’t ever stay there again, it was so much money for a awful and hideous experience. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and that was not a nice experience at all.
