Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We checked in at almost midnight on August 7, and really tired and wanted to go to bed, the lady who checked us in was very slow and not very polite, and kept asking us when we would check out the next morning, I answered probably after breakfast between 10 and 11, as the official check out time is 12. The next morning after breakfast we came back to the room at 10:05 (exactly because the restaurant manager came to our table to tell us that the breakfast was closed at 10am so we left at 10) to pick up our luggage but couldn’t open the door with the keys, because the checking lady set the keys only valid until 10am! This makes us doubt about the management of the hotel, how many keys would be stolen and miss-used so that they come out with this rule!
The location and the breakfast was also excellent

We came driving from to the airport to catch an early international flight the next day. The staff was amazing, from the counter check-in, to the person that took our bags to the fantastic waiter at the bar. Having live music - the pianist was incredible - really helped us relax from a long drive and the stress of getting up very early for our flight.

United KingdomGenerally excellent but one small improvement would be clarifying where exactly to meet the shuttle bus at the airport (at the bus terminal), and to have it run more frequently than only every hour.
Excellent hotel for a day long wait for a connecting flight. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and well extended our check out to 2pm, after which we could still use the extensive gym and pool.
