We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Turkeywifi is not the best, some of their staff doesnt speak english, their breakfast can be improved , and lastly we stayed here 2 times in 14 days booked both in advance , they gave us a complimentary bottle of water on first stay before we leave for a domestic flight but when we were leaving for an international one with 2 hours traffic had to pay 14 brl for a bottle of water…

ChileIt's a tall building and one of the two elevators was broken during our stay. In a couple of ocassions (due to elevator traffic) we had to use the emergency stairs to go to the lobby.
Location is the best part of the hotel. It's close to restaurants, the shopping district and other commercial venues. It is clean and practical.

United KingdomThe swimming pool is not fit for purpose and it is misleading that they advertise as having a pool. Part of the reason I booked to stay there was so I could swim everyday. However, when I went in the pool it is only 81cm in depth and not deep enough to swim in. It is dishonest to advertise the hotel as having a swimming pool, show it on marketing material etc. when it is not fit for purpose. The sauna is only available for use if you switch it on in advance. I discovered this at the same time I went to use the pool. I had to speak to reception and they advised I would have to switch it on to use it. I waited 3/4 of an hour for it to heat up but it wasn't hot so I stayed in for a few minutes and then left. I also had a few issues with TVs not working (picture kept going off). The rooms could do with a lick of paint. A couple of the bathrooms looked like the walls needed to be cleaned/repainted.
The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is a good business hotel located in the most beautiful area of Sao Paolo. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is super helpful and professional. My room was big enough and equipped with noise proof windows. I tried the fitness centre too, it is not a big one, but fair enough for a short training.
