The bathroom had a problem with the toilet. When flushing, the water would keep running until you fumbled with the buttons a couple of times. A promise to have the issue fixed went nowhere. There are no outlets near the bed. The only functioning outlets are next to the desk. You may need an extension cord or multiple plug adaptor to power your computer and electronics.

The room was comfortable and reasonably well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient for downtown and city-wide access (metro stop nearby) but everyone advises you to be extra careful, especially at night. There are many interesting and good quality coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The bathroom is nice but, in my room, the shower´s water flow could be stronger. The direction of the flow was not straight.

The location is great and it is probably the biggest property highlight . The room spacious, clean and quiet. The furniture is adequate and in good shape. Bed is confortable and in good size. Breakfast is nice, above average, with good options. Staff is kind.

Check in time and breakfast serving, need to put more counter for the breakfast as in the morning there is a great rush of passengers to serve. One has to enter in the queue, which is bad for a big hotel

Everything was perfect.

We was nicely surprised with the size of the room. Very spacious with very big bed. Shower was a decent size as well. You could find all the facilities you need including shampoo and conditioner. Lovely breakfast and good location (many restaurants around).

The location was not close to much and the breakfast was disappointing. We picked this hotel instead of another because of the provided pictures of the breakfast, but it did not match what we received. We would select a hotel in a more central location such as Av. Paulista next time we visit. Bed was very firm and shower seemed dirty yet smelled of bleach.

We felt safe in the location and the staff were very warm and accommodating to our limited Portugese knowledge. Housekeeping came everyday to tidy the room while we were out. Very inexpensive and appreciate that breakfast was included. Good place for the price.

The pool wasn't heated so it's very cold. It's on the edge of the historical downtown so you just have to watch out for your surroundings, especially coming from the metro.

It's in a convenient location by the metro. Nice room, clean and comfy. Had good water pressure and wifi speed. Great breakfast buffet. They have a lot of rooms so was able to do early check-in when I got there.

The breakfast was good but it should change a bit everyday, so it doesn't get tired. Generally 3-4 star hotels offer a complimentary tea or coffee in the room. This hotel does not.

Convenient, central location near metro, bus lines, lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Great shower, with plenty of hot water.
