The staff could be more helpful, for example: there was different information about the shuttle hours to the airport. The printed schedule of the shuttle on the services guest was wrong (as per the receptionist). My luggage got damaged on the way to the airport, the driver wasn’t there to help me getting the luggage inside the bus.

The van experience was less satisfying however. It was impossible to reach the property for queries about it. Leaving for the airport a large man dressed sloppily in the lobby observed me struggling with several giant bags, a car seat and a young child. I thought he was a guest. To my surprise after dropping my luggage twice and having an ACTUAL guest help me, the sloppy dude turned out to be the transfer driver. Zero offers to help. The van also smelled like cigarette smoke

The room was big and comfy and the breakfast was delicious.

Some of the restaurant staff during the day shift was not very kind. Some people seem to be there working for obligation. It didn’t feel very welcoming. But the staff at dinner time was great.

We came from the airport. The hotel was wonderful, exceeded our expectations. The restaurant on the 1st floor was open when we arrived at 21h00. The service and Buffet was excellent. The room was immaculate, everything very clean. The breakfast (which was included) was wonderful. Beautifully decorated restaurant with fresh flowers on the table. I highly recommend this hotel if you needto be close to the airport, arriving or departing. 15 minutes from GRU.

Dinner not so great.. Difficulty connecting to internet but that was due to poor instructions on how to log in, not the quality of the internet.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Good variety of food for breakfast; decent quality. Reception Staff friendly; unfortunately staff in the restaurant didn’t speak English. Appreciated shuttle service to the airport.

The shower wasn't that good, so that's a point that could be improved, also they don't have families rooms, we had to take two rooms because they didnt had an option of a room for 2 adults, a child and a baby so I expect in the future they will have a family room.

The service of shuttle is very good with loads of space on the bus, several working hours which makes good when you have an early flight. Very comfy and clean rooms and good location too, near to several amenities and good places to eat.

The price was much higher in USD, it is better to change them into Reals at the airport, hotel course is very bad. Everything was old, but functioning.

Dinner (buffet) was average. (Would have preferred a better meat selection.) Sauna was not switched on. Basin warm water tap in bathroom was not working effectively.

Breakfast was good. Travel to and from airport was excellent. Location very good. Cleanliness. Appreciate the fact that we could be accomodated to stay longer until 5pm as flight departed that late, even though at an additional costs, after it was originally confirmed that it would not come at an additional cost. (At the end still very greatfull)
