I just needed a place to spend the day and wasn’t going to spend the night. I asked if I could enjoy the breakfast the same day of the check in (since I wasn’t going to be there anymore next day) and they didn’t allow. Would have enjoyed the courtesy of this being allowed.

It’s my second time staying here and I have nothing to complaint. Staff is very nice and the room is great.

When I arrived, no one spoke English on this particular shift. It just made things a bit more difficult, especially since my phone died and I couldn't use a translator. The last day, I had to check out very early, so a day before I asked for breakfast as a takeaway. I got confirmation of the receipt of the message, but my request was forgotten. It was just sad. The person from the reception tried to help me out, which I really appreciate. But I would expect more from the 4star hotel.

Hotel has great location, good on-site restaurant and staff is really friendly and trying to help as much as possible. My room was very clean and quiet.

Having lunch at the restaurant was a hustle. Not sure if they are not used to having guests on a Tuesday but I literally had to chase the person to take my order. But food was good.

Property is nice, room was comfy and breakfast was amazing! Nice staff.

Nice neighborhood, quiet, right close to the Savassi heart. The reception is warm and demonstrates care to make your stay remarkable. The restaurant/bar is about to be relaunched but is already working with good offer of food and wine menu. Breakfast is something else, several coffee options and Brazilian cheese breads (pao de queijo), making a moment all special and hard to leave not fully packed.

Excellent bedding and very quiet room. The breakfast is full of fresh local products. The staff is very nice and helpful.

My own fault for not paying attention, but the laundry service is extremely expensive. Example, one pant = around 5.5 EUR or 6 USD. My bill just for laundry was even higher than a one night stay. And it was not even that many items (5-6 shirts, 3 pants, 4-5 underwear pieces).

Second time staying there in a week. Exceptional! Great breakfast, great room. We even got a handwritten note thanking us for the trust, and some local sweets.

Minor point: there is a so-called gym, but tiny, tiny, tiny. It’s just one chest press/back machine, some weights, and 2 treadmills. But I guess it’s better than nothing!

Beautiful and modern facilities, safe location, staff allows you to store your luggage without a fee. I really appreciated the welcome sweets and beer! AMAZING, plentiful breakfast with so many options!

Skip the restaurant for a full meal. The service is very slow and the choices are limited. A small detail: the “unusual” sink in the bathroom offers no access to a drain and no drain stop. As a contact lens wearer, I was terrified to use the sink to wash my lenses.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast choices are outstanding, the accommodations are modern and efficient.

Unclear labeling of the breakfast dishes - e g pancakes with gluten and animal ingredients were at the same place with special diet food, and sometimes the labels were a bit unclear. Some of the staff did not speak english. The room was a bit shabby, with broken night lamps and minor leakage of the bathroom sink. There were no safety locker in the room. The sound isolation was not optimal either as there was a guy shouting in the corridor one night and we heard him quite well.

Nice rooms and they asked us if we wanted them in the lower or the upper plans. Elevators worked well. Nice and helpful staff. The brekfast was nice there were a bit more vegan options than at the other brazilian brekfast buffets we’ve tried, e g cashew based cheese and coconut youghurts. There were also very wide selection of different coffees at the breakfast!

The noise from the corridor was too much. The amenities were not reflecting a 4* hotel. The shower/bathroom needs rennovation.

our team arrived about 2 hours before the check-in time. Early check-in was great. The room was spacious, having a minibar with soft drinks and snacks. Breakfast was just OK.
