The breakfast service could be improved by the chefs, because they were a bit annoyed when we placed orders for breakfast. If the hotel offers this options to guests they should be able to cook omelet’s and tapiocas by orders. Otherwise I would suggest to remove it from the menu. The breakfast time probably the first contact that the guests have every morning with members of their staff, so I think it’s advisable that are able to deliver a warm welcome!

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The location offers a wide variety of restaurants and shopping centres.

The gym and pool are not that great, we may have used them if better. It’s not the newest decor, but not totally out of date just yet.

The property is in a great area and close to Paulista. The staff are super nice and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast is lovely!

Room rather sad and bare-looking. Nasty small step between room and bathroom. No toaster (only sandwich toaster) and only white bread at the rather uninspiring breakfast buffet. Reception staff: one delightful and friendly, two completely neutral to hostile. I had reserved Friday and Saturday night. I informed the hotel Thursday evening that I would not be able to arrive till Saturday. As I had paid for two nights and only stayed one, I asked if I could have a late checkout on Sunday. I was told I would have to wait till Sunday morning for this permission. On Sunday morning I was told that I could not have a late checkout owing to high demand for the rooms. I later mentioned that the hotel had previously offered me a late checkout for about two thirds of the overnight rate.... Suddenly the late checkout was possible after all

Comfortable, not too hard, wide single beds. Spacious room. Excellent location for nightlife, Paulista and metro. Possibility of (rather expensive) late checkout till 6pm.

Elevator to my floor never worked. Had to go to front desk every time to just get to my room. But like I said, they try hard so not their fault. Bathroom definitely could use an upgrade from when they built in 1960’s.

The location is perfect and I was able to walk to all my appointments. The staff was very friendly even though I could not book a late check-out.

I had booked through booking.com however they had to enter all my details again. They used my middle name instead of my last name so I had difficult logging onto the wifi and had to check. The wifi wasn't the fastest.

I liked that it felt to be a secure neighborhood to walk around. Obviously, you need to continue to be self aware of your surroundings. Location was great.
