I had an amazing experience at this property! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding – the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. It definitely exceeded my expectation.

Great staff, facilities and delicious lunch option!!

Great location for kiting (20 m from beach and a bar where you can rinse all equipment & have a sun downer) and they have equipment lockers. Staff were super nice. Everything clean and good social calendar. 10 mins walk to the centre.

The first room I slept in was like the artic (air con) and I don't think we had the remote. I rented a blanket after.

Ok so first of all they ordered me an Uber from the airport, he drove like he was the only one on the road but it was still joce to not have to deal with it at the airport. When I arrived the staff welcomed me, gave me a tour, and invited me for karaoke which of course I accepted. They helped me with directions to get a sim card and brought in a guy for money exchange. Overall there is a very nice atmosphere and good people. However, there are more locals than tourists so if you care about something like that then take it into consideration.

I didn't mind it, but the rooms are shared, I had two more people with me in the same room. There were some mosquitos which I guess you can't really avoid. Plus, you are given sheets to put on, and you are asked to hand them in when you check out. Still very much recommended!

Such a great vibe and awesome friendliness staff! I stayed at Up2 for about six weeks. The staff are very friendly and helpful, special shout out to Dom and the team Who helped me out when I lost my phone and bankcards while kitesurfing in the lagoon. Its a fairly laid back yet sociable place during the week with the excepcion of Saturday nights which Renata, the socialite owner hosts a big party featuring a clássic Brazilian band that attracts some of Ciera's top kite surfers and well to do socialites from Fortaleza, a must see on the Cumbuco social calender... The chef prepares great healthy food daily which is very well priced. Alex is also the resident pasta expert and the staff usually prepare a complentry meal for guests on a Thursday. The location is next to the chic Outro Beach Club witch is a great spot for kiting, doing a downwind to Cauipe Lagoon or just sipping a few Capurinas while watching the kite action with no shortage of fit kite girls and Boys to add to the asthetic. Up2 is also a very safe place to stay for both you and your belongings. Thanks for making me feel welcome and making it such an enjoyable time guys. 11/10, do not go past this hostel, defs one of the best hostels ive stayed at!!!
