The hostel has a great location, the sanitary facilities were always clean. Especially great was the friendly service at the reception, the staff helped with everything and offered a lot of programs and they participated as well (parties, sights…). Luciano invited all guests every day to fantastic activities.

I booked a female only form and paid for that and a man was put in our dorm for one of the nights I was there. I was very surprised when I came back to find him in our dorm. I didn’t appreciate that, especially when I have most likely paid more for a female only form as you do

The mattress was plastic coated which let to the cover coming off while sleeping. Sometimes it smelled a bit in the dorm rooms.

the only negative I can think of is that the bunk beds are a little awkward to climb on, but that is more about their design than the place

Really enjoyed our stay. Every single staff member we met was so welcoming and lovely. They even made us a free caiprinha which was a great way to get to know other guests. The rooms are all really quirky and unique. Would recommend to anyone!

At the beginning we had some doubts on the room for some damaged furniture, but could easily work it out with the staff, who was very accommodating.

The position of the hostel is good, close to cafes restaurants and a metro station, but may feel a bit isolated because its not on a pedestrian street. The staff was very sociable and helpful in giving us tips to explore the area, and quick to address our requests. The atmosphere in the hostel is definitely positive.

They were constructing a room while I was there. So the stairs were messy. Plus, construction workers were coming in and going out until the evening. I didn't stay in the hostel that much but it wasn't like the vibe I expected.

The stuff, was the highlight. Gabriel and Thalia made my stay much better. They are always available for everything that you need. They are sincerely interested in making your stay and time memorable in the hostel and São Paulo. Thank you guys! The location is in the center. 15-20 min walking to Avenida Paulista. There is a metro station near the hostel.

Rooms got incredibly hot, and they didn't turn on the AC unless you asked. Window was left open when it was pouring with rain and flooded the room and wet our bags. There was a power outage for over 24 hours and limited communication about when it would be resolved. Other guests were loud at all times of the night (eg 5am), a noise curfew should be enforced. Location is not great, hostel is far from most things but it is close to the metro if you feel safe enough to use it (so not really at night).

Beds were comfortable and had curtains, free welcome drink was nice.

Could need more bathrooms, the staff forgot to turn on the AC so my roomate needed to ask them all the time. And the cleaner comes in cleaning really early

Place could use some renovation, bathroom of my private room couldn't be closed from outside, place was a bit rundown in general, common areas need improvement to create more of a social vibe. If you are in a dorm they only permit AC at night

Luciano was a really good host doing a day trip and a walking tour and creating a good atmosphere
