Reviews of Villa Nautica Boutique Hotel 5 stars

We enjoyed a really nice stay as a family and as an option in Jeri the Hotel is definitely one of the best. The Hotel is exceptionally well maintained, the rooms are well thought out and furnished to a high standard and the service, on the whole, was very good. Afternoon tea was a really nice touch. At breakfast the yoghurt and Fit Tapioca were excellent!

There were some points that could be improved. - Half way through our check in the Receptionist moved their attention to serving another couple, completely ignoring us, and only finished dealing with us when they had finished with them. - The footprint of the Hotel is very small and you feel pretty on top of everyone else. Unfortunately this means that guests returning at night, breakfast being set up or, in my case, the pool cleaner watering flowers in front of your room whilst talking to his colleague at 6am, will wake up the light sleepers. - The minibar in the room was noisy. We did complain about it and the brilliant Reception person said they are aware that they were like that (not sure why they are not fixed then?) and they would turn it off and would offer any cold drinks for us from Reception - Excellent service! Except unfortunately, they did not turn it off and we had the same problem the following night - The amenities in the bathroom are not to the standard both in quality and quantity, that befits the Hotel. -There are no coffee making facilities in the room which I would have expected. -The "Spa/Jacuzzi pool" is very small with only 5 sun loungers for 19 rooms. -The breakfast area, at peak times, doesn't have enough tables available. We were a group of five and other guests had to be disturbed and move the table they were eating at to make room for us. Knowing we would be back at breakfast the following day, the logical thing would have been to setup a table for 5 ready for us but unfortunately it was a repeat of another client having to move their table, whilst they were eating, to make room for us during their breakfast. - Finally the attention from the manager, for me, was over the top. In my opinion, good service is also about knowing when to leave people alone to enjoy themselves and unfortunately this was not the case.

Our stay at Villa Nautica was truly outstanding ! Liliane and Willi are exceptional hosts, warm, caring and always attentive to every detail. The Pousada exceeded all our expectations : a perfect location and absolute tranquility, combined with a level of service comparable to a luxury hotel. Thanks to their personalized advice and genuine hospitality, our experience was simply unforgettable. A sincere thank you to them and the entire team for creating such a memorable stay !

I traveled with 2 friends. The place is very well maintained with great attention to detail, and the service was very efficient. The owners were extremely kind and helpful with all our needs. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

The owners Lilian and Willi run the hotel to perfection. It’s very nicely decorated, calm, and offers all possible amenities.

The care for the guests is spectacular and very rare to come by these days.

The hotel is like an oasis very relaxing. Staffs are very welcoming. Owners are from Austria and hotel style is very modern. The lady owner helps us on everything such as excursions and restaurants recommendations. It is like home away from home. Afternoon tea is also included. Highly recommended to everyone who likes a quiet place to stay in Jeri but close to the beach. It is just few minutes walk to beach and restaurants.

Everything - very charming place done with a lot of attentions to details by the owners who are wonderful people - always here to help you. If we’d could have given a grade higher than 10 we would have done it .

The staff were very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast is à la carte and served in three phases: first fruits, then various types of bread, followed by dessert. They give you a menu from which you can choose your options. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are just as impressive. Seriously, the attention to detail is unreal. I especially loved the handwritten letters they left us along with some sweets, such a thoughtful touch.

Comfortable, clean, amazing helpful stuff, reception is taking care about all needs you have (taxi, trips, restaurants). For us clearly one of the best Brazilian travel experiences we had so far.
