We had a wonderful stay at Min and Troy’s place. They are two amazing hosts, always kind and helpful, ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, while the shared bathroom and kitchen were always clean and well maintained. We really didn’t miss anything during our stay. Highly recommended for those looking for some relaxation: the price is fair for what is offered, and the location is excellent—just 200 meters from the sea and within walking distance of both the historic center and the Fish Fry area, perfect for dining and enjoying a lively atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at Da Pink House in Nassau, Bahamas. The hostess was incredibly hospitable and attentive to my needs, making me feel right at home. Min and Troy made our stay an unforgettable one. When we arrived, Min walked us around the property and even had us test all of the locks in front of her to be sure we could safely come and go, and then provided us with both bath towels and beach towels! Troy was an amazing resource the whole trip. He offered to take us to the grocery store and down to the beach on a few occasions and even stopped to go cherry picking which made our day! They are a beautiful couple and it was a wonderful stay.

This was fantastic value for money! It’s such a cool place in a great location a short walk from the beach and action but far enough back that it’s a bit quieter and you get more of a local feel. Our room was very spacious and the air con was fabulous! Min the host was so lovely and friendly and helped us with the lots of questions we had as well as giving us recommendations and a list of places we might need like groceries etc. Highly recommend!

As a solo woman traveler it is not recommended to walk alone at night in the area. Luckily, thanks to Min & Troy I met other people who stayed in the property and was able to go out and discover the area at night time

Min & Troy are the kindest people I ever met. They are always happy to inform, advise and help with every subject. The property is secured & clean. I felt very safe. The kitchen and bathroom have all the facilities you need for a great stay (fridge, cold water and more..).

On a windy day, the air pressure causes noise under the door; not sure how to fix this though!

Amazing hosts, they took me for a ride to show me the town upon arrival, then went to supermarket to buy food and they lent me money as I forgot my wallet in the room. Good location and reasonably priced.

An unexpected gem! I originally planned to stay just a couple of nights, but ended up staying 8 days – and that alone says a lot about how special this place is. From the moment I arrived, hosts Min and Troy made me feel genuinely welcome. They’ve created something really unique here – not just a place to sleep, but a shared experience that feels more like staying with friends than at a hostel. The vibe is warm, relaxed, and refreshingly personal. Every guest had their own private room, which gave us privacy, but we shared a clean and well-kept kitchen and bathroom, which became great social spaces to connect with other travelers. What truly set this place apart was the way Min and Troy went above and beyond. They were always around for a chat, gave great local tips, and even let us use their scooters and buggies – such a fun way to explore the area! It’s rare to find hosts so generous and genuinely invested in making sure everyone has the best possible stay. I left with new friends, great memories, and a strong urge to come back. If you're looking for a hostel that offers comfort, community, and character – this is the one.

Owners are such sweetheart!!! They are making sure we feel comfortable, provide what we need as such as blankets and beach towels. I love the place of color pink that bring out! Each bedroom has code to lock the door which is champs!

This is the best place in Nassau, very centrally located. The owners are very friendly, fun, and helpful. The house is very clean and tidy. The bed didn't itch as it was so clean and soft. Min even offered us comforters and gave us some farewell gifts. They are definitely your best option; they went the extra mile.

The hosts Min & Troy are very helpful, friendly and made my trip very special. It's a nice and calm atmosphere around Da Palace. The ocean view from the terrace is beautiful. Everything's very tidy including kitchen and bathroom. They provide a free water-refill. It's a 15 mins walk to the fish fry and 10 mins walk to the beach. Troy gave me a lift to the supermarket. I'ld definitely recommend to spend holidays in Da Palace if you're an individual traveller.

Hello, Normally I don't do reviews But Min and Troy they are the nicest and kindest people you can meet The location is great from all points of view , you have acces fast to any tourist atraction The view is directly to the harbord , you can see the cruise ships coming Also, you can rent a buggy and drive in the city, to beaches, etc Will be the best expericence you can have , I strongly recomand it
