The driver was suppose to pick me up and never twice. The hotel looks a little old. But had AC, WiFi, and free streaming services. I was relieved to have those things.

The room was sandy and the door wasn't sealed shut. The AC unit said 71° but was actually more like 78-85° and muggy. The morning meal was disappointing.

Location was good, food and a bar right next to this hotel. Occasionally the bar could be loud later in the evening. It is a bit of a dated building but it was clean and comfortable.

Okay so the BEST beach was across the street - BUT I believe I've read that it was easy access on the hotels description.. IT IS NOT!!! Thiers no sidewalks and so if you trek the 10plus minutes and love adventure of almost being hit by a car then by all means... Luckily on our second day I found a loop hole - a door that was not locked which gave us access to the beach and it shaved 8/9 minutes of walking through the street. Some may call it trespassing- but we only used it for safe access. Our room was not cleaned. I had to ask for it to be cleaned 2x. And on our last night I heard some weird noises of guests in the hall way. Our room was dark and the window gave us a sad/depressing view. Luckily I saw zero roaches so for me this was a win win. I personally would have never picked this place but I booked the night before leaving and so my options were very slim. This was personally NOT my budget - I think they overcharge for what it really is.. but THE BEACH - next visit will be the houses that are on that beach..

Location provided the BEST beach across the street.. Look, my bad review has nothing to do with the staff - please don't take offense if your reading this.. I personally liked them, very welcoming and kind. And they also had a night security in the evenings.. It's just the building. Very rundown, and I think I was paying close to 160cnd a night.. Location is a little far from 'civilization' walking is a scary task.. car rentals were all booked but we took advantage of the bus system. Although we traveled mainly durning the day my family felt safe. Agian Bahamians are all so very friendly and welcoming. Next door they offer 2 restaurants. Food was amazing - thank God since we didn't wanna venture out in the evening for dinners. Overall im happy we came because we found a perfect little beach where we want to viait agian.. ill just better prepare my accommodations ..

Terrible odours coming from the bath,toilet and sink . The room was not aired out prior to arrival, but was hot and smelly the AC was off. No utensil like eg ..tea cup plates knives and forks. Had to be asking. Keep hitting head on ceiling. There seems to be construction going on. The welcome reception could have been more welcoming.

The room especially the bathroom was old rusty and the decorations needed redoing. Floor had a loose fractured tile. The whole resort was needing an upgrade.
