BrazilThe room wasn’t properly cleaned up, they removed the towels and didn’t replace them wtih clean ones, we had to request towels to have shower. We even found dead cockroaches in the bathroom and in the living room. There is a problem with maintenance of the property, the fridge wasn’t working and there was a leak from the roof, but about that they replaced the fridge. The price ia not compatible with they offer.

The pink sand beach was incredible. Food was excellent as were staff. Our room was awesome. Caught a water taxi from Valentine’s dock back to North Eleuthera which was very convenient.

IsraelWe had the worst stay because of loud music and loud people around our room for the whole time we stayed . There was a kiosk right next to our room surving bbq and a DJ! 24/7 . I complained to the staff 6 times every day, I had to walk back and forth to the lobby, because the rooms phone were down and we were tourists. Came a 16-hour flight to the most quiet place on earth to not be able to sleep night or day! The staff ignored our problem. I searched for a manager, Jessie, asked again and again. She never contacted me , and I sent her a long email. And no response. We got Diaria from the only restaurant we ate in, the hotel restaurant The Rooster. Since it's the only one open. We didn't know they are off season. It was never written or told prier to our arrival. Or in our reservation. So we stayed in the room the whole day with the horrific loud music and smells from the bbq stand, while sick in our stomachs. Awful . The bbq stand had a generator for electricity that was so loud that we could never sit out on the porch . Or enjoy any quiet time. It is thousands of dollars spent for a nightmare .
Our room was huge and very comfortable for 4 people, two stories. Large living room. 3 different dining areas for 4, many closets. Easy close parking for our golf cart.

United StatesHotel should provide ice to guests. When I asked about ice, the clerk at the front desk said the restaurant would give ice. When I got back to the room, they had charges me over 8 dollars. Total rip-off. Plus the fridge in room want working and had to be replaced.

United StatesWe had to have maintenance come after 10 pm for fear of a flood with water coming in at a good rate in the mechanical closet. Sink did not drain and shower door did not close properly. They comped that night which they should have. Moved us the next day which took time away from our enjoyment. Both beds were lousy and old.
Pretty setting by the marina. Nice bar/restaurant on the water and lovely pool.

United Statesit was exactly as I imagined Bahamian island! the Hotel is very cozy and cute, staff is very nice, helpful and hospitable. Location - is super great. it’s 7 mins walk to the beach, 1 min to the restaurants and 5 mins to the grocery store.

The room was very relaxing and cozy the pool was a plus and the staff was kind and helpful Katura at the front desk was very helpful as well
