Almost nothing, ok, the password of the Wifi led to a repeater, which was a bit weak in that room, although stronger connections were available. This should be easy to correct.

This is actually a beautiful residential home in a wealthy neighborhood of which some rooms are rented out for guests . Very quiet and safe. We enjoyed a fully equipped bathroom and a kitchen line as well as a view on the swimming pool. We will come again.

The property is a bit dated, with old taps, hot water finished when showering - water pressure became sloppy after a while.

My door to the outside patiowas not locking properly this urked me as I have a need to feel secure. There was only 1 towel in the shower for a room ment for 2, maybe if I had asked it would have been there. Also complimentary means "given for free" so please say breakfast needs to be paid for or simply explain the details on your site 🙏🏽

The staff are very welcoming and do not pry into your business too much. The beds are comfortable and the room itself is very spacious would definitely recommend

The balcony was not locking since I slept late I didn't wake them up but I hope neext time the would have attended to the sliding door

1. We cud fix the kitchen cabinets and more cleaning in the kitchen mostly above the stove. May be place a small wall paper there 2. Pliz remove plastic from the headboard and the mattress 😄

TV not working in our room

The room was spacious and comfortable. The A/C worked great since it's getting warm these days. The bathroom wasn't the most inviting ever. The shower stall was a bit small and there was no hot water in the morning.

My wife and I were attending a formal event at the Phakalane Golf Estate that was going to run quite late. Unfortunately, Phakalane Golf Estate is not pet friendly. This is where Carlcyn Homestay saved the day. The property was located quite close to the venue and we were able to bring our dogs with us. Tino was very kind and showed us a different room that was more convenient for us.

A bit far from town however the host will let you know the directions and also with the public transportation (kombi) to reach the homestay. Aircon was not working properly in the small single room. Changing the temperature also didnot help.

Awesome host, clean and tidy place. The kitchen was available for cooking. Big and massive apartment. Safe and secure.

The tv in my bedroom only got one channel unless I left my bedroom to go to the lounge to change the channel. But if someone else was in there, my tv was stuck on whatever station they were watching.

The price I paid was fair for the stay. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
