The air conditioner was filthy but the ait conditioner worked. It was in walking distance from SPAR and buzz coffee

Expensive by Kasane standards. Filthy, dead dessicated insects where they ignored cleaning, live ones on the cushions. Loud noise day and night from people screaming and talking on videophone in the reception area and nearby residences blasting music day and night. Internet did not work on first day but it was resolved. Water is not free for paying guests. I tried to post photos but booking.com said it doesn't support the file. I contacted their customer service twice from the guest house, no answer Fortunately the airco worked.

Simple and well-located accommodation in Kasane.

There were a lot of spiders in the room. But extra cleaning was requested and the problem was resolved.. Suggestion: request this before arrival.

This guesthouse is very well located in the city center, making it easy to do everything on foot. And the staff is really friendly and welcoming. You feel right at home. I recommend this guesthouse during your stay in Kasane.

Bella was an exceptional host. She helped with everything I needed.

Chiloto didn't honor their ad for a free breakfast for Genius members. In fact, there was no breakfast at all. Staff let a family with 4 kids run around the courtyard that should be a quiet place to sit outside.

Very clean, quiet, lovely staff and the place is kid friendly.

The boss is a super lady.She could arrange everything carefully including picking me up to the mall and managing Mokoro activities. In the tour,I have never encountered such luxurious tent equipment with toilet paper,soap and towels.Also,the chef is great. Recommended to stay here and join her tour.

Small family business in the center of the village a bit aside from the main road with few rooms and pool. Walking distance to main mall. Very friendly host and personnel. Just show up and they'll take care of the rest of your stay. They organize all transfers (Victoria Falls) and attractions at good price (game drives, boat cruises etc.). However they don't communicate it in the welcome message once booked. Pity. I didn't know that before the arrival so I booked all my activities elsewhere in advance. However I wish I had used their offers. Very good stay. Fully recommended!

Great staff, very clean.

The property is situated in a poor area. Secure parking for only 3/4. The staff were good and the room was clean, however the sheet on the bed had holes in it. The tap on the sink in the bathroom was loose and the 2 lights fixed to the headboard were also loose. Breakfast was not available till after 8am as the staff did not start work till 7am. The bedside cabinet drawer was opened and found to contain items that should have not been there!!!

There was nothing to like about the place. The location of the guest house is in poor neighborhood and always noisy.

They advertise free breakfast. Once you get there they say they serve you a piece of bread and tea. That is all. No real breakfast. That was false advertising.
