Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PolandI don't like the fact that I had to pay more than I was charged on booking.com. There's no tea bag and water for guests.
The location is perfect as it only cost P30 to get to city center with Indrive and less with Yango. The property is very clean and the location is quiet and safe.

PolandProblemThe problem is the door through which you can hear everything. There is a kitchen next to the rooms and the noise and smell from it make it impossible to sleep longer. Moreover, the gate bell rings and people arriving at the hotel early in the morning wake up the residents.
Nice swimming pool. The receptionist didn't have my reservation from Booking.com, but I still got the room without any problems. The bathroom has a spacious bathtub

UkraineThe place didn’t respect the price of booking.com and made me pay 30% more. First of all the staff had no idea that we were coming. After I showed my reservation which was for 375 pula + few dollars tax, they told me the room is 500 pula. Price was one of the reasons I booked this hotel so I wanted to clear the situation. The receptionist called the manager and the manager told him not to proceed with check in until we pay 500 pula . It was late and we obviously didn’t book anything else so we stayed . But the situation was very unpleasant and the staff just didn’t care at all , no apologies were offered. In ten years I’m using Booking.com it was the first time facing situation like this. So everyone should be aware - room here is 500 pula and whatever different price booking shows - it won’t be respected.
The hotel itself is clean and pleasant.

The breakfast is not including in the payment. I liked the two single beds provided, when it was put together, it formed a king size bed. Big and comfortable.
