United KingdomDuring our second stay (a Saturday) there were a few issues that may have been off putting had we not had a previous stay which was floorless. We had to wait over an hour at the airport for them to pick us up, we had to call 3 times to see where they were. There was a children's party happening around the pool which meant is was not possible to use and, as you would expect, it was quite noisy. The hotel istsef is quite dated.
Hotel staff and food was good. It seemed to be very popular with locals.

AustraliaThe tropical gardens created a little oasis. I was staying in a little chalet at the back of the property which had 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom. There was a bar fridge - handy for cold water and storing my medication - also tea & coffee making facilities. Limited clothes storage space but I just laid out my stuff on the other bed. There was no bedside table but a long shelf held the bedside light and my bits & pieces. The shower had good water pressure although it took a bit of tap twisting to get the right mix of hot and cold. There was a handy line in the shower recess for wet bathers or towels. I needed some laundry done and it came back the same day. The poolside area was a nice relaxing spot and I had a couple of swims. I also had a lunch out there and a dinner in the onsite restaurant. Every member of staff I encountered was helpful and polite

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. A standout feature is the Boma, offering a great variety of delicious food options in a beautiful setting, and we were treated to live music during dinner. Highly recommended!
