    We expected some dishes, but we could not find them. There were no teaspoons, and scrambled eggs were unavailable when requested.

    the ambient - and value for money, furniture, and all staff members friendly - willingness to assist - passionate about their task was written all over their faces

    May be it’s the holidays but we need variety of food, when are you bringing back the vouchers

    The only thing I can say the food wasn’t that good as usual and the choice was low coz most food wasn’t there. The food was also too salty but the omelette guy was a star in the kitchen and so nice

    The rooms have become slightly dated. There was no bottled water in my fridge which I usually get. The selection of TV channels is outdated. Should at least have Netflix login. The coffee station also needs updating with a proper place with kettle setup. Right now its a mission to make coffee.

    I love this hotel and have been staying there for many many years. I used to get a welcome note with a bowl of snacks etc in my room to welcome me back. This has sadly gone. But it always continues to feel like home away from home.

    Hospitality in the casino, breakfast, they don't want to provide us with different size of coffee cup, they only have small cups, their cold breakfast doen not even have biscuits to eat cream, with but they provide cream for what

    The staff at the casino, are not helpful especially the cashier's, they don't want to help a client in terms of withdrawal, and they are ignorant, they need to be trained how to handle the guest especially us coming outside their country, we go the not only for accomodations, but to play slots, 80% of staff in the casino are rude, and if that is not addressed it will affect the hotel booking as well, that is why the turnout is so poor, is because of their attitude

    When I arrived I was given a room what was far smaller than what was advertised on Booking.com. According to the property the rooms are incorrectly advertised and the room I booked doesn't event exist! The rooms are quite old but clean. The room doesn't have basics like spoons for tea (despite requesting on all days for these) and the iron supplied was broken and missing buttons. The final nail in the coffin was the hotel debited by card twice for the booking and despite me calling them multiple times the money has not been returned yet.

    Food was good- Botswana generally has good fresh food. Some staff was very friendly and helpful.

    cockroaches in bathroom. room extremely hot when entered it for first time because AC was not working. AC old model.

    The batteries of the locking system in both the first two rooms I was given were not working. As a result I could not open the doors. They kept on giving me tha cards, but they could not open. What I didnt like in second instant was that the person , who assisted with the room, still expected to come and collect the card downstairs, instead of apologising and sending someone else to bring the card. I had long driving from SA and I expected to rest but i could not as it was going up and down with locks that were not working. The basin drains in the bathrooms are not working properly as the water takes longer to leave the bowl.
