We had yet another fantastic stay here. Everything was well organized and completely stress-free, and we loved how simple it was to arrange extra services like transfers, dinner, and activities. The team was friendly, supportive, and always easy to communicate with, which made our experience even better. We’re definitely looking forward to returning.

A very comfortable room and a pleasant stay in a location very far from the town centre.

The breakfast was okay with the usual offerings of different cereals, tea, coffee, juice. They ask you how you would like to have your eggs, but it took ages to bring a simple portion of scrambled eggs. The toast you had to do yourself and, as you had no idea when the eggs would arrive, there was therefore no way to get yourself both of these hot at the same time.

The staff were very friendly. The room I had was quiet with a huge, comfortable bed and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The shower was nice. The gardens and pool area were pretty. As you are a long way from the town the only real option for eating is their poolside restaurant so I had lunch there and it was very tasty and good value for money.

We’ve stayed here many times before and it’s always been a great experience – that’s why we keep coming back. Unfortunately, this time things didn’t go as smoothly. We were told our rooms would be ready around 13:15, then 14:00, but in the end, we only got them around 15:00 – just as we had to leave for our scenic flight. To add to the stress, the transfer was also delayed. We hope this was just an exception, as we’ve always enjoyed our stays here in the past.

Everything was fine apart from the fact that we were placed in the villa facing a small dirt field, while regular rooms were facing green gardens. It’s a good accommodation for a sleep over, and it fulfilled my expectations.

Hotel and food are quite pricey. The airport transfer was also expensive.

Nice hotel in Maun - good clean property with friendly staff. Food selection was great and quite tasty and good beer on tap too. Pool was well kept. It's really a transition hotel where guests stay overnight before starting their safaris or tours as there's not much else to do nearby.

The wait time for dinner was something we weren't use to. However this is something we noticed across the board at restaurants in Botswana (so we may just be accustomed to the fast-paced life of Joburg)

What a lovely stay! Our entire family pick this as the best spot we stayed at during our roadtrip around Bostwana. Friendly & helpful staff, delicious breakfast, spacious property to take walks or read while listening to the sounds of nature. The rooms were simple, yet well decorated and had all you would need. Restaurant on property meant we didn't have to go far for dinner which was great! They also helped us with booking & coordinating activities. Would highly recommend!

On the arrival day I received an email from the hotel that an airport transfer is possible for 100 BWP. When we wanted to book the transfer, the hotel said that the price is 250 BWP and they had just not adjusted the price from the last year. Since we know that a cab to the airport costs about 50 BWP when you stop one on the street, we did not take the transfer, but just stopped a cab on the street.

We stayed here before and returned because we liked the hotel. The garden with the pool area is very nice and the rooms are absolutely adequate for a stay before or after a safari. Good water pressure in the showers. Clean room and comfortable beds. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed the dinner. This time I also took a massage which was good.

The restaurant menu was somewhat limited in terms of evening choice and the oxtail stew was basically seasoned bones (virtually no meat!) The pizzas, however, we're pretty big

The rooms and facilities seem to have experienced an upgrade or revamp since our last visit (2 years ago). The staff were cheerful and attentive and the pool and restaurant were in good form.

Phone in room did not work. We were not made aware of cost for airport pickup in advance. No sidewalk or lighting to more remote rooms, which ours was.

The ground were lovely. Very comfortable AC in the room. Tour companies pick up at this hotel. Restaurant & bar on site. Will prepare box breakfasts for early departures.

If you can't sit on the terrace (bcs of rain) the breakfast/dinner room inside is very basic and lacking decoration, feels like the waiting room in a hospital. Could be solved easily I would say. When I was there, on one occasion the network was down, more a Botswana problem I guess, apart from this the wifi was good. And it would be good to make some paths from the garden units to the central area, right now you have to find your way through the hedge and the grass.

Hospitality as it should be. Friendly reception, well informed lady at reception, helpful with activities, even when extremely occupied with a group. Room (I was staying in a unit in the garden) was not big, but comfy and clean. good bed, bathroom operational and clean, chairs on the little balcony with garden (and bird) view. Restaurant has clearly improved from years ago : fast service, good food. Breakfast is all you need, eggs etc to be ordered, fresh fruits and good coffee. Love the swimming pool.
