A little far from town.

Fantastic find with the incredible hospitality. Dan and Jenny are wonderful people that go out of their way to help. Dan picked us up at the border and dropped us off at the airport. Jenny is a fantastic chef and cooked great meals for us when we didn't want to take a taxi to go out to a restaurant. We even arranged to have our laundry done there. It was peaceful and relaxing and a good place to recover from a hectic trip when we were feeling under the weather. They also arrange a variety of tours. All of the staff were amazing!

Nothing. I love everything about it.

The room is clean and tidy, and the host, staff, and guests are all super nice and down to earth. One guest even offered me tips for my upcoming tour. The location is very accessible, with a supermarket, restaurants, money exchange, and a SIM card shop nearby, and tour companies can pick you up here for free. Before my departure, I needed a taxi—the driver asked for 200 pula with little room to negotiate. Then I saw a man watering the plants at the hotel and asked if he had a car. He kindly gave me a ride without asking for payment, so I gave him some tips. He later delivered my forgotten hat to my friend in town free of charge. I later found out he’s the owner! Such a genuinely kind person.

Found someone’s use contact lenses on the night stand. No hot water shower. Gate is very loud especially the room closest to the gate where we stayed. Booked for 2 with 1 towel on bed. But never showered cause no hot water.

The location is some distance from Kasane but this was not a problem as we had a car.

Very helpful staff. They arranged trips for us at reasonable prices. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comforfortable. Pleasant dining area. Tranquil. A very good base from where to explore Chobe and Victoria Falls.

Some rooms had a sofa and others didn't (ours did not). Cupboard doors were broken and toilet doors couldn't fully shut.

Very nice staff and stay, big rooms with possibility to use their kitchen and charge our fridge in our 4wd. Very competitively priced tours - suggest booking one of the Safaris or Victoria Falls tours.

Cooking facilities could have been improved on.

Customer service was friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Kay was an absolute angel. The rooms were clean and well presented. The guest house was great value for money.

Breakfast could be a little upgraded, but its definitely enough to get your day started.

Organized accommodation. Staff is friendly and well informed. We were able to book a game drive and cruise on very short notice for good rates. Really reccomend it

Dan and the workers were incredible kind, and they picked us up and leaved us to the bus station for free. They always had a kind word and smile. If you are in Kasane/Kazungula, this is the place to be!

Hard to find as we had no functioning Sat nav . A map with the booking confirmation would be a good idea
