A bit run down - some maintenance required. Ie closet doors that don't open or close easily.

Easy to find, nice location along the sea, and flexibility of staff in changing our room to one on the main floor.

The property is far from any restaurants, bars, and shops, so unless you have your own food then this could be challenging.

The property itself was nice. If you plan to stay inside the entire time then this is a good option that is close to the airport.

Not a dislike but just difficult to get around without a car because property is in a residential community.

Unfortunately WiFi didn't work so no TV, no Netflix on phone, no WhatsApp calls so nothing to do. Restaurant nearby was closed. Solo traveller, nowhere to walk in the evening, just a bit isolated on highway for me. Nice place for a couple to chill out there before flying out..

Need a taxi to get anywhere (US$30 to the airport, US$20 to downtown Belize City) or rent a car. Water pressure was low. French door hinges need repair. Construction debris on property.

10 min drive from/ to the airport, safe and secluded on dead-end street. Nice water views from the balcony. Decent breakfast available and cold drinks in the bar fridge for a fair price. Good wifi and communication with host.

If you don't have a car there is nothing in walking distance so be prepared to take cabs to get dinner. Guindi was quite willing to help us with delivery of a meal. Not so much a problem, as just be aware in advance

Guindi the owner was very helpful and we were able to check in early. She was very helpful arranging cabs and general assistance, including arranging meal delivery if desired. Breakfast was good. Location is close to the Airport for those with early flights.

Maybe security codes on the apartment doors or some sort of return system for the keys. Wish there were bath mats in the bathroom to prevent falls.

Location and security was nice. Plumbing and the wifi was really good. I was able to work from there. Working AC which is a huge plus. The garden outside was very pretty. Had a great time here and the staff was very available for questions.

Accommodation was spacious, clean and inviting! Our host was very accommodating and helped us order food over the phone and organised our taxi and breakfast the following morning. We had a lovely stay!

We arrived and it was NOT what the pictures looked like. We got to our room and the door felt very unsafe. One could easily open the door with 90 lbs of force to the entry. Upon arriving the A/C wasn't working, the room seemed like it hasn't been occupied in months, same with the bathroom that seemed cold and not maintained over time. There is a door in the room that leads to a storage space that the other residents use to store things(through a seperate door), so you have to barricade that door in your room that leads to the common storage space. The balcony in the picture is actually not a balcony but a common space/walkway. The ocean view is very misleading since the ocean is far (all angle on the ocean view), water did NOT look clear or even blue and not to mention there is construction in-between so you can't even walk to the water if you wanted. Getting to the location was $30 from the airport and that price seemed to be the standard price to get back into town. So you will either blow $60 each day because of how far it is to the main area or you can walk along the highway -like we did- to the nearest car rental place to rent a car to look for another place to stay. You need to roll your 6-8 digit code on the lock mechanism on the building's main door to get into AND out of the building. We never even checked into the place or even sat down on the bed to test it, my girl didn't feel safe here at all and that would obviously not go well when trying to sleep in this house NOT hotel. It is a house with rooms where other families live. I thought I was going to wow my girlfriend but in the end we had to walk along the highway to rent a car and spend hours looking for a new hotel last minute. WhenI mentioned it to the host she said it was non-refundable -even though I didn't even check in.

Well… when I reached Belize I called the hotel for directions and they told me that my reservation was cancelled by my bank due to suspicion of fraud. I was told that there was no vacancy.

Public transportation in Beliz is not the best, so have to rent a car or take a taxi.

The staff is very helpful and kind, sometimes they gave us a ride to downtown. It is a very quiet and clean place. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall the place just isn’t very nice. It took running the shower over 10min to get hot water, there were exposed wires on the floor of the bathroom, numerous light switches don’t work, there were no blankets just a top sheet, and the room itself had no lock or security so anyone in the building could access it while you were away. Additionally, many of the pictures on Booking are not accurate. They show a breakfast that I’m assuming is from somewhere else in the city, not the hotel, and the hotel looks completely different.

It has a beautiful view. Someone of the aesthetics are nice. The host offered us late check out which we did not need, but it was a kind offer.

The property is in middle of no where. No staff stayed there and they had nothing around. Getting to any store I had to get taxi or walk in the main road for 1/2 hour. Also booking was showing $74 for one night but then they charge just $45 for cleaning and $7 for tax which tax is fin, but booking.com dose not tell you that when you book.

Too hard to find and too isolated. I was worried of taxi expenses and that they would not find me.

The location was not good. Too far from restaurants and too hard for taxis to find. I chose not to stay there cause it was to isolated. I had the additional cost of taxi trips to and from the restaurants. Not a good place to stay . I could not cancel so I got a hotel room close to resuarants.
