You can see directly into the master bedroom from the rest of the villa. Bedroom doors should be solid. We started getting bitten by mosquitoes at check-in. The patio also had a lot of mosquitoes, and we couldn't enjoy the patio. We tried to enjoy the pool around 4pm, and we had to leave because of the mosquitoes. In less than 24 hours, my son was bitten over 50 times. Unfortunately, due to the infestation of mosquitoes, we will not return.

The presence of numerous mosquitoes was noted. Additionally, the shower operation presented an inconvenience, as its activation mechanism differed from conventional models. Took a while to figure it out, and the staff did not explain this prior .

Location was great. View from balcony was amazing. The lagoon side was wonderful. The Internet was out in one room but the other worked. Never did get the password for Internet use. But really very nice. Would stay again

There was known a planned electricity outage planned. The guests were not told. The resort was unable to provide food from 6 am-2 pm. Luckily we only stayed one night and were able to eat at another resort. Guests should’ve been informed about the planned power outage.

The AC units all smashed together made so that our AC was not cold even in the night as we got the hot air from all the units around it.

It took a long time to settle the bill, and there were a few mistakes in the final bill.

the big problem was in the billing at check-out. Staff incorrectly added up the food and other incidental fees. If i hadn't carefully looked at the bill, i would've been incorrectly charged more than $500 USD. Thankfully they agreed to the mistake and updated the bill. But it left the impression that the staff are not very good at basic arithmetic.

Just that the poolside bar tends to close a little earlier than it says, and usually closes around 7 p.m., which I can understand when it’s not busy. I would also recommend that they would have a broom and dust pan inside each room, so we can clean up the sand that we track in.

I loved everything about this property. From the spacious rooms, to the nice pool and oceanfront and lagoon views, to the water and beach activities that they offer, and to the free shuttle service they offer to and from the airport and free daily shuttle service to anywhere between the resort and downtown Placencia. I can’t wait to go back and hope they turn the small pool into a hot tub, which they are in the process of hoping to do that soon.

The restaurant on site was not the greatest & it seemed like the options were limited.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated how they treated me for my birthday. The rooms were really comfortable and I had a great view of the pool. It also felt very safe.

The kitchen was lacking in supplies for cooking meals. Frying pans were scratched and needing to be replaced.

We liked the quiet beachfront location, the view from the balcony, and the friendly staff. There were always chairs available at the beach or pool. It was nice to have 2 restaurants on site, the pizza was good. We enjoyed restaurants at other hotels in the area (Mickey’s and Bistro were both very good). We were happy to have the shuttle available to take us to the nearest grocery store, and to Placencia.
